@@JChaosMaster there isn't a sega cd version or a Saturn, there was however a PSX version and PC port (X2 strangely was the only one to lack one before x legacy collection).
Did you combine the psx version with the V4 hack? Plus a new boss select screen? WOW the ultimate version of this game that doesn't exist as one file. Thank you!
@@Triumph._. he probably hid the life bar in the emulator layers and edited another one in. Since isnt planinning to take damage either way, its just to look fancy
You wanna know the sad part of this? If Zero hadn't given Blast Hornet his invitation to Doppler Town, Hornet would still be working with X and Zero as a hunter for the 0th Unit.

It's truly awesome to see fans of the Mega Man X series(Especially X3)took their time to make such an amazing updated version to not only enhance the graphics & effects of the game, but to also created a cool storyline just for Zero & make him fully playable. How would it have been “twice epic”? This art style is way better than the later games and much more timeless. This game is already the best X game in the series.

Sick gameplay & great editing as always! How long does it take for you to edit a 1 hour playthrough? (Small note: You forgot the second "l" in "Playable" in the title! The other video titles are good though.)
I think he would have to look at everytime he fired a charged shot, add effects, then do it again, but those aren’t the old effects that he adds, so it must take a long time

I just ordered the legacy collection on the GameCube because it's the one collection where they used the PlayStation versions with the animated scenes in it for X3.
I've applied the Zero Project 4.4 romhack easily enough, but it doesn't include all the aesthetic changes (weapon glow, FMV intros, X4 "Ready", new "WARNING", new life bars, etc. Where can those hacks be found? Thanks
Hmm maybe you should've used the videos from the Sega Saturn version. It's actually much smoother compared the videos from the PS1 version. Your editing is top notch btw.
I don't understand one thing about the X1-X3 Zero hacks. Where is the saber? Was it introduced in X4, or what? Zero without it feels like X's palette swap.
Zero didn’t start to use the Z saber as his primary weapon until X4. In X3 if you hold his charge long enough he’ll do a very powerful saber slash after his two charge shots but that’s the extent of him using it in this game.

Since at least X4 you can have one button to fire whatever weapon is selected and another to fire the buster.

Almost everything is custom. I believe he has a hack where it shows the actual digits of the health instead of the health bar itself.

X3 Zero's max charge was the two blasts and one saber strike. X can earn the Z saber too, but the process is a bit convoluted.
