- Paul Glatzel from @PowerboatTrainingUK talks us through how to use navigation marks safely when passing through harbours and ports. Paul looks at the differences between red (port) and green (starboard) lateral markers, the variance in sizes, shapes and numbers used, cardinal markers, and how charts and/or chart-plotters should also be used to safely navigate through channels.

What type of buoy/beacon would show this FI (4) 15s 28m 12m ?

Your showing green on rite, I thought its red right return in the UK ?
Red Right Returning is not used in the UK it is only used in the IALA B regions, such as USA
