City z is a ghost town it’s also where saitama lives someone started a rumor that monsters come to city z so everyone left meaning saitama is kind of just squatting also because there’s a rumor that monsters come all the monsters that aren’t there go to see the monsters that actually live there of which there are none saitama then kills them and if someone sees a monster that saitama hasnt killed or the Damage left by saitama more people leave and the rumor becomes bigger and bigger
