And when Saitama and Genos were talking about the founder of the hero association, that founder is the grandfather of the "ballsack" child Saitama rescued in the first episode. OPM is really a show that brings a different dinamic to certain familiar tropes. Having an "unbeatable main character" flips on its head all the tension that is normally built, leaving a lot of room to discuss everything else that might come up. A lot of people end up developing resentment towards this show for having a character JUST BE like this out of seemingly nowhere, while all the other shows have lengthy archs of power build up and they would just get rolled by Saitama. But THAT IS THE POINT, he exists to serve another purpose other than to be a shonen MC, and as you watch these first few episodes go by, that becomes more and more clear, yet, he still resides in a world that is very shonen like in nature, so you wonder "what could this be building up towards... Saitama is just unbeatable so there isn't a point to keep powerscaling, or is there?" When I started following it, I didn't believe this concept could be carried out very far, felt like it could only work for a short season and all the bases could be touched, and now so many years later, chapters are still coming out regularly and still feels fresh. I guess I just had a mind closed to worlds worth of potential and never even thought about. Have a fun journey down the line!
Youre really right! OPM is the first anime I've actually followed cuz it simply so different than the typical animes plot. It really interesting for me.
Well, Saitama vs Cosmic Garou manga arc gave the impression Saitama finally found something to match his power scaling. It's now only when will the animation be made to feel what that level of fight looks!

idk if anyone who have watched OPM has noticed, the Agoni guy who established the Hero Association was the butt-chin kid’s grandpa, that Saitama saved from a crab monster when he still had his hair😂

In this episode very few people notice that saitama was the one who saved the chairman's kid 3 years ago. (the ball chin kid)
as a spanish speaker. Ron's spanish is pretty good ngl
Saitama has never once killed a human in the series (including web-comic and manga). He only kills non-human threats.
Even most of the monster with humanoid form didn't just get obliterated by the punch
Aquí la gente hispanohablante que mira este canal con subtitulos en español ^^
Ya, Amai is cool. He is pretty uptight, but he would wreck genos.
Not gunna lie im from puerto rick and seeing homie speak spanish is heartwarming
I have met my rookie crusher when I got my first part time jobs back in 2015..
It's a very horrible experience to me..
That passerby who saved that spoiled kid from the crab monster was none other than Saitama
It’s funny how here I am watching this in English because I like listening to the language, I am from Mexico, and I’m also learning 日本語 because I love anime hahaha
2:00 Thought the name of the song was "The Real Slim Shady" for a moment, but that's a different song.
Hi, i am back. Good reaction, ty. Love this show. Waiting for more seasons. So glad u got into it too. It's very unique concept but now there are more shows like this. But this one has a good story. Like it's written really well compared to the others. Ok, so this is a parody anime. The writers throw in so many anime into this it's kinda fun to see what u can spot. This part was fun. The creation of the association is important. Hugs. -NY USA 2019 Army💟
Yeah dude as a Latino I'll give your Spanish a solid 9/10
Fun Fact, the person who established the hero association is the father of the butt-chin kid Saitama saved at the begining
