Well, there’s a lot about his rig that isn’t military standard, like a 200gr bullet and a 60 moa rail. And like, before watching this, I would have thought at 26” barrel would have been either redundant or unnecessary for a .308, but it’s hard to argue with the results.

And this video comes just perfect in time, I Saw the movie "Sniper Legacy" the other day.
There was some comment like "it's 1200m, your little 308 Don't reach So far"
I was just thinking: it's now Mark n Sam steps in and say: "Hold Our beers"
    And you just did! 😂🤘
    Cheers from Northern Sweden 🍻

That's s long way for a .308. I am glad to see it done. I like the .308 a lot, and I have one. Thanks for showing us it can be done. And thanks for the video. And I subbed.

Do I gather correctly that your scope mount has a 250 MOA downward slat to bring the muzzle up the same distance? If I didn't know better, I'd say it is bonkers, but clearly, it works. F***ing nice shooting and spotter work! Good on ya!

Nope, as written Charlie Tarac at 250moa, videos about them on the channel, Cheers

My favorite caliber. I have four bolt guns in .308. Relatively inexpensive to load and just fun to shoot because they are all consistently accurate.

Lol 😂 awesome 👏 job mark that shut allot of .308 haters up. All the people that say after 1000y the .308 Bullets just fall out of the sky. I’m super impressed mate. That was a lot harder than you made it look.

That second hit knocked the piss out of that metal target compared to the first hit. 308 appears to be much more accurate than your 270.

Not just that, but that 200 grainer seems very stable during entire flight to the target. I s**t on Ruppert Nennstiel's claim that .308 Win loses stability when fired at departure angles over 39° (although that claim was for standard 150 grainer)
