The Maids are truly world class musicians, but guitarist Kanami is next level! not only is she an amazing guitar player but her and Miku(rhythm guitar, lyricist) are quite possibly the most prolific composers since Lennon/McCartney, The Glimmer twins Jagger and Richards or even Elton John/Bernie Taupin with around 80 songs composed since 2016 and IMO not a throw away song in the bunch. cheers

Stomach the fan base? Not sure what you mean by that, as I have found the Band-Maid fan base to be welcoming and positive and informative.
Always a few bad apples. But vast majority are just normally enthusiastic fans.
