I wanted to thank you for sharing your experiences! I started on compounded tirzepatide 7 weeks ago so I could start on half the loading dose and work my way up. I've stayed at the loading dose and plan to continue there as long as I can. I am losing 1.5 to 2 lbs a week, and my side effects are there, but mild. I've lost 15lbs so far, and my blood sugar and liver numbers are already better.❤
I just took my 7th injection this week, I'm down over 11 lbs and over 23 inches all over and I've been microdosing the WHOLE time. I'm at .83mg (5 units) right now and it's been incredible. I went up to 6 units last week and had more side effects so I dropped back down to 5 this week. I love that we have that flexibility with the compounds! I'm also doing low carb and 14/10 fasting and I added in Adipromin to help too. I was already doing so many things right before I got on Tirzepatide but now I feel like my body is working with me and not against me. :)
I had a month at 2.5 then went to 5mg. The side effects have been less tolerable and I didn’t necessarily lose any more weight. I’ve now tried splitting it into 2 x 2.5mg doses a week and contemplating cutting those in half. I definitely get the results from the change to my hunger hormones etc vs the slowdown of my stomach. I love that I get such strong signals to stop eating when I’ve had enough, I haven’t had that for many years
Great story. Thanks, really good tips. I am also on it for six months on low dose instead of microdose. Also doing 20 4 intermittend fasting and strength training. Lost 25 kg.
I have been in 2.5 since June and I have only lost 4 pounds, I don’t have any effects, I eat regularly good and clean food, work out 4 times resistance training and 1 cardio day. I notice my body composition has changed and I have more muscle. I just would like to see more weight loss but, I’m not overweight but have fat in the middle and i might go to the next dose, I’m a little afraid because I have no side effects right now. Love your videos
I just started and did a dumb thing! I read it wrong and took 25 units instead of 12.5. I didn’t feel great for a few days but no real issues. Not sure if it is because I don’t eat many carbs I am more meat based. I lift heavy weights 4-5x a week and walk 4-5 x a week. I am on it because nothing has worked for me to get rid of my belly and my bp meds. If you drink electrolytes and plenty of water plus lots more protein- you have a great chance of being ok- and your exercise. All my best! Hoping it works out for you.
Great job! 👏 thank you for the info. I will take your advice and microdose. My first week was horrible, but lost 10 lbs. Will start week 2 tomorrow. I just want to lose 30-40 lbs total and well on my way. But will def microdose in the tail end. I’m also changing my lifestyle!!!❤
I started at 1.3 and I’m about to inject my 3rd dose of 1.5. Seeing so many benefits. Only needed to lose 15-20 lbs but I’ve already lost 9 in 3 weeks. I also walk 15k steps a day and lift at least 3 days a week. I couldn’t get the scale to budge prior to this due to hormones also.
@@iluhyuhswag well I watched a lot of videos on microdosing so I knew I was going to start lower than 2.5 but when I picked up the 20mg vial that NP recommended starting at 1.3 on his sheet. So I started there and had good results so didn’t want to make a big jump. So now I’ve been on 1.5 for my last 3 shots and still feeling good with appetite suppression.
@@iluhyuhswag sorry just saw.. my NP told me to start at 1.3 and move up to 2.5 but I just moved up to 1.5 and continued having results so I just took my 6th dose of 1.5 and still having appetite suppression and losing. My mom has about 60 lbs to lose and she’s doing the same thing.
@@tylerarellano7334 thank you so much! i started last week at 1.25 and i’m so glad i did bc the side effects were surprising. but not too bad. i’m increasing to 1.5 this week because my appetite suppression went away after about 2 days.
Would you pls share a good site for Tirzepatide GLP-1 with a good price….. i just get mine for a month 2.5 i injected 2 days ago no side effects yet… still have the desire for a chocolate after eating

Retatritude will blow these away, micro dosing is the way to go. They are pushing the doses way too high. Use the least dose that is effective. This tri agonist will make these other GLP 1’s obsolete. One thing we do in the bodybuilding which may/may not be healthy is trial these things to maximize body composition. It will also help with fatty liver. Congrats on your results
Can you split the dose yourself or does the compounded pharmacy need to ship you the dose you want? Curious how it comes and if you can personalize it and inject the amount you want.
You can talk to your provider about your dose, but I also found suppression to be at it's highest a couple days out of the week and then I tried to lean into my coping strategies and lifestyle changes on the other days.
I was on tirzepatide and I took 2.5mg as my therapeutic dose. Providers generally start prescribing tirzep at 2.5 as the starting dose. The dosing for tirzeaptide and semaglutide is different.

@@marksaur8018 Yes! My bad.
@@marksaur8018 Yes absolutely :)
1.25 isn’t considered “micro” dosing but more like low dosing. Just FYI.
I'm having severe gastroesophageal reflux. I'm considering either lowering the dose splitting it.
That could be a great idea!
I think 2.5 is still high for most- if you start lower intially the side effects are minimum
Interesting!
how low
Starting as low as 1.0 can provide benefits and slowly increase if not noticing weight loss
@@changinglaneswellness that’s exactly what i want to do
Do you have a good place that will prescribe a microdose? Or, will your regular PCP do it? I know some don’t like to use compounding pharmacies.
I just get the lowest dose (2.5) from my provider JoinFridays. It comes in a monthly vial and then take what is needed for where I am at.

Yes. For me the weeks off were like practice and then I had a little help again the next week.
