  • Most of us use Outlook to manage our emails and our calendar, but far too few people take advantage of the Tasks function in Outlook. We'll look at how to create and track tasks, how to assign tasks to others and how to view them throughout the Outlook environment. We'll even show a few tricks along the way.

Excellent presentation. The narrator is easy to understand and the information is precise and well-presented. This tutorial is better than the other 3 I watched on the same subject.

Very well done. I've been using Outlook a long time but never use Tasks. This really opened my eyes to the possibilities. Thanks!

Thank you! I have been using Outlook for 5 years and never used this feature. Always used Calendar to organise myself and it was getting really cluttered and I was missing meetings. Calendar is now clutter free and tasks are in the window in the main email screen. Feeling organised.

When I move the email to a different folder, the task will disappear. Do you know how I can prevent that from happening? For example, I get an email to "Ship Assets" and I read it, create the task and then move on. The task shows up in the Task Pane. Then I move that email to another folder and my task pane item will be removed. Any suggestions? Great video by the way.

Man, this presentation is probably going to be amazing, but why are you not saying tasksssssss????? I mean it IS called tasks and "differences between the two task" is like a hat on a hat of saying it wrong lol. It's so off-putting.
