  • Oftentimes, we have assumptions about who our competitors are for the products that we build. Whether it's SaaS, Enterprise Software, a consumer internet product... or even a consumable product we buy in the grocery store... we know that our products have competition. But what if our competitors aren't actually who we think they are? When we adopt a Jobs-to-be-Done mindset, we'll quickly be able to learn when that's the case.
