This is fantastic, I haven't even finished part 1 yet. Taking my SIM experience, flight planning, and knowledge of the Cessna Longitude to another level. Well done.
Super late to the party, but a few notes from a member of the Longitude flight deck team. 😁 Primary pitch trim control should be on the yoke, the pedestal trim control should only be usable if secondary trim is commanded to ON (used in the event primary trim fails). If the trim displays were working on the EICAS strip, they would display a green band showing acceptable positions for takeoff. On engine start, bleed pressures for engine start should display between the ITT arcs. While taxiing, pilots would typically use the steering control on the pilot’s left, giving much greater steering authority.
One note on cruise altitude. IFR charts explain that altitude separation is 2000 feet above FL410. FL410 is East bound, FL430 is West bound, FL450 is East bound, etc.

The Garmin controllers are slightly different, and a lot of the functions that are automatically done in the airplane are shown here wrong. No big deal, just FYI….transponder is always in auto, and the anti collision strobes are only on after entering a runway. The rotating beacon comes on automatically when an engine button is set to run. Still….pretty accurate!

Great video...even though I am only flying flight sim on x box series s...really helpful although few things I am not sure now to do on the xbox version, this is my favorite plane to fly so far in flight sim!
I know there's got to be away to open the main cabin door on this aircraft I've tried to figure it out some people say you need to go walk free but there's got to be an easier way to open the main cabin door

It seems when I set up everything, once in the air I hit the buttons to activate, and everything resets to the CURRENT values (or even to ZERO) instead of flying to the ones I preset. Is setting up the AP only possible after in the air???

You have probably figured it out by now but you need to use Working titles improvement mods, might as well just download all of them at once. That should fix all your issues.
Hey there Overkill. Since you have your finger on the pulse and I can't find anything on google search or forums as yet, have you heard of MSFS ATC not giving flight level instructions after takeoff? I get to instructed height from takeoff instructions and then ATC goes silent, and then I have to actually ask for a flight level change and then all goes smoothly again. Flying the FBW NEO via Marketplace free install, but don't have FBW installed in the community folder.
For , the regulations simply state that need to at the assigned by the air traffic controller, but 're in uncontrolled airspace, need to stay at thousands for westerly headings and thousands in directions.

@@OverkillSimulations There’s a Working Title G1000 NVI I believe it’s called on Xbox. Was flying Grand Caravan to Lukla and when you go to external view it locks the nav to VOR1 so I uninstalled but otherwise works good. Might get more in depth with it and reinstall
I have been unable to get the G3000 mod to work due to a file name length error in Win 10, have tried the registry fix as well as local group policy but still get the error. The effect is that when spawned into the Longitude none of the screens come on when the aircraft is powered up. I remove the working title folder and the screens come back. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
When I start the engines, my N2% never goes above 25.0. I have rewatched the video several times but the engines never start-up properly. I don't know what I am doing wrong. If you use ctrl+e, the engines will start-up correctly.
he didn't mention that u need to turn on the fuel pump on the right hand side of the throttle, or you can look up the check list and will point to it, turn it on and the engines will fire up.
After update 6 I'm getting a ITT warning and then over 28,000 feet a cabin diff pressure warning. I could not find any switch on the cockpit to fix it?? Does anyone know how?
@@Dalwhat Actually, business jet pilots avoid using a GPU if they can. Aparently the charges are high. In the CJ4 they start the engines in preference. So if an APU is available, which is a very small, economical turbine, they use that.
anyone know why in real life the citation cj4 has a cruising speed of 406 knots but in the game you can only max out at 300 knots before you get an over speed warning? at 41,000ft you can only go 250knots before the warning comes up
i just got my xbox x two day go i down load premum deluxe i want to fly a | Cessna Citation Longitude i dont know nothing about flying or how to start i been watching on youtube . what im trying to say is can you tell me the best way to start flying ?
can anybody tell me how i can get the right section of weight panel with empty cg indications? my flight simulator does not provide it, any help will be really appreciated. thanks in advice

Bought Navigraph subscription and used Navdata App and it fixed FMC airway list and can finish following tutorial, thanks for reply, hope this helps others that may run into same problem.
Crazy, crazy and crazy things with osobo. My installation was deleted, not by me of course, but Osobo and thus they leave their tracks so we can come a definite conclusion that it was them by leaving a folder named " deleted". Oh well...second time this happens. They just have an itch to control what you paid handsomely. My laptop belongs to them so I see. Again, 😦

Its pretty nice that the new Longitude updates actually calc the CG MAC and as long as we set trim to center of Green indicator, then it is correct.

Are you using default Citation Longitude? Why yours has G5000 and mine G3000?
Apparently the Citation in the base version is different from the Longitude in the Premium Deluxe version

Isn't the point to put the APU on first, before programing the FMC. No need for a Ground Power Unit.
If the GPU is available I would use it. Saves fuel.

That I know is similar with daher tbm 930 so helps me a lot the videos of tbm 930.

Exiting Q816 only shows HOCKE and CFRCN, no KELTI, followed guide as is and have all mods installed any ideas?
