What a fantastic way to end the week - we passed both the electrical and framing inspections by the City of Orlando!
Despite a few mishaps, it’s been a busy week as we finally completed the electrician rough-in for the new Airbnb garage apartment mother-in-law suite. Now, we’re ready to move forward and insulate the building.
Passing the framing inspection paves the way for a new set of tasks. With this milestone behind us, we can stucco the block, install the exterior siding, insulate, and put up the drywall. Expect some exciting updates soon. Stay tuned and subscribe!
