    📑 Recipe and Ingredients:
    Put the red fish trimmings with bones in a saucepan and boil
    add Water, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 bay leaves
    add salt, 2-3 bay leaves and 4-5 peppercorns
    skim off the foam
    drain the broth through a sieve and pour into a clean saucepan
    Potatoes 3-4 pcs.
    Onions 1 pc.
    heat vegetable oil
    fry the onion
    cut Carrots 1 pc.
    fry the carrots together with the onion
    add the fried mixture to the soup
    cream 100 ml.
    salt
    Dill.
    pepper
    cut Salmon 600g. and put in soup
    cook for another 10 minutes
    pour soup into a deep plate
    chop dill
    cut baguette
