yes i did. I had to take the door off to trim the stucco as it was in the way. Didn't film that part.

you're close, I charged $950. Customer had everything on site. Otherwise it would've been an additional 200.

Man I’m struggling with pricing. I don’t know if I’m charging too much or too little. I saw a previous video of yours where you said you charge $125 to come out but how do I get pricing right beyond that? Do you just keep an hourly rate in mind and charge the customer a flat amount based on how much time you think it will take?

$125 minimum. Meaning I won't show up to move a dresser for $20. I have flat rates for alot of items. Other things, I ask around what others charge and I match those prices. Homewise website is a good place to start.

no way, 950 is net except for some misc stuff I used in the installation.
