do you know if I import 3D object with color that I created with 3D builder to after effect, I'm not going to lose the colors ?

I personally don't have a lot of experience with Adobe After Effects, so unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question. There is an option to save your obj file with its associated material file in 3D builder. I would start there and see how things go.
