Interesting video. I agree with all your choices for good DLC (Espeically Torna). If you don't mind, I would like to add 2 more DLCs to your list.
Happy Home Paradise: While NH did start out lacking at launch, I feel like the game is finally complete thanks to 2.0 and other past updates. Because of this, HHP came out at the right time.
The content in this DLC is great. Its basically Happy Home Designer, but with fixes and additions to its formula. The campaign is charming and has a good length. Postgame is insane since there are 400+ villagers to help. And of course, it gives some sweet stuff for your main island.
As for price, it's pretty good. You are getting an entire upgraded spin-off game for half of the original price. (HHD cost $40 back then)
Mario and Rabbids-DK Adventure: Basically another story campaign added onto the main game, which was already stacked with content. New characters and weapons to play with, new challenges to tackle, new unlockables and a nice length. Price is pretty generous for what your getting.

Old Hunters and Artorias of the Abyss from Bloodborne and Ds1 used to be my favorite DLCs and Halo Reach used to be my favorite game prequel
then I played Torna and the rest was history

In my opinion, best dlc goes to Witcher 3 dlc and Monster hunter world Iceborne. The amount of content these two dlcs provide is astonishing.
