  • Here's a look into what a full week of my winter break training looks like at the moment as a Freshman D1 sprinter and jumper. I'll be posting a lot more videos in the near future including workouts, meet day videos, etc.

      Yeah its a really fun one, Toughest one of the week but has definitely improved my speed endurance a lot

    Just stumbled on your video. Good luck this year. I wrestled and ran track in Juco but gave up track when after my sophomore year. My best time was about 10.8 and that wasn't fast enough for most meets. So hopefully you run way faster, and I see neck and neck with Matt Boling at the NCAA's

      At a 10.8 what were your measurables much did you squat and deadlift power clean and vertical jump and broad jump

    Congrats on the 35 second 300m! How'd you get access to UCCS and Air Force's indoor tracks?

      Thank you man! UCCS has open track night every Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 to 7:30 for 15$. The AFA indoor facility is open to anyone with a military ID to get on base🤝🏼

      I can do 1 ful nordic, yes. I ran 11.07 into a headwind last season, hoping for the 10.8 range this season @@Messup7654

    How did your legs feel on Thursday after the Wednesday workout?

      I was definitely pretty fatigued from the first three days of the week so I took Thursday off in order to have a good Friday session💯

    Hey will do you find your Monday session impacts your Tuesday’s sprints ?

      Great question. It depends on how heavy and how much volume we do in that monday session. My body is so used to having monday weights then a tuesday workout since weve been doing it every week since late September that it usually doesn’t take a toll. On a max week or a very high volume base week, however, I will be sore for a couple days so it might impact my technique in my sprint reps. Just have to monitor how the body feels going into Tuesday and work with how you feel that day. Let me know if you have any more questions bro ⚡️

      Sprint fast 3x per week, prioritize rest/recovery, and lift explosively 📈

    Is that the depth you usually squat to?

      Usually a little bit below 90°, these weren’t full depth

      @@willbergmanntrack Best for the rest of the season,try to stay healthy,you should be down to 10.4 and 21 low with that 300m time.

      @@jwood5321 my mind would be blown if I can get close to those times but I’m just taking it one day at a time and I know results will come eventually. Current PBs are only 22.49 and 50.2 in the 2 and 4
