    I've never seen this type of septic system, great job with the explanation.

    Have a friend that had a septic pumper truck business for 45 years (88 years old now)!
    Here's his rules, you don't ever need a pump job if you use the correct toilet paper ( a single piece in a clear glass of water should be separated apart in 12-24 hours).
    Scott's toilet paper was his suggestion but ladies feel it's kinda rough.
    Facial tissue without aloe, or perfumes,
    Absolutely no grease,
    Keep table scraps in the garbage or into a compost pile.
    As a maintenance program once a year use Robiec K57!
    I asked what traits made the worst and best customer??
    Both best/worst customers were elderly single ladies!
    The best had her tank pumped about every 4 years because her husband preached it while alive so she followed it. After pumping her tank it was perfect, clean and no staining or degrading partition wall. She used RED STAR YEAST monthly down the toilet!!
    The worst customer was an elderly lady that probably had a cleaning fetish and aloe was in facial tissue and toilet paper.
    She was always paranoid about 3+ years or longer before pumping.
    Inspection revealed a tank full of facial and toilet paper never breaking down!!
    He said it was the hardest job to suck clean because of it.
    Well 45 years later he did my detective work for me, my dirty job Google search engine.

    Nice video, I have been designing LPP remotey for a couple of months for a US firm on Civil 3D, I have never seen them in reel life. This video is a great demonstration. Thank you. I have some questions if you don't mind. What's the soil type? How much MPI? What are the pipe diameters? Can those pioes be bent? Sometimes I have to bend them with a radius not smaller than 50ft

    Great progress. What is the total cost paid for the septic system? 2 days completion is great

      $15,000 plus dirt. We thought we came out pretty good.

    how bad was the bill?
    curious due to a bit of a slope, but at least you're close to the road.

    Is this method better than chamber? What state is this

    How often will you have to have your solids pumped out? Cost of servicing?

    • @LakeLotBuild
      @LakeLotBuild  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Once per year. The maintenance contract is $300 per year and includes the pump out.

    Who is the installer? I'm not in your area, but I'm trying to find the grinder pump assembled like this.

    Why would you go with this system as opposed to a gravity system with no need to pump it up hill?

    • @LakeLotBuild
      @LakeLotBuild  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      So, the perk test results required that we go with the LPP system. In our county, you must get a septic permit and use only approved installers, so the perk test dictates what system you must use and then the county approves for only that type of system. The inspector comes out to make sure the correct system was installed.

    What happens to the solids when they fill the first tank?

      Great question! We have a service contract that comes with the system. The company comes out and pumps out the solids once a year.
