In his view:
"A bank.... should be entitled to choose who its customers are providing it doesn't discriminate on Equality Act grounds..... A bank should be entitled to protect its own reputation by disassociating itself from customers that it considers to be inconsistent with its core values as a business."
Yes!!! A mutual bank
How about credit unions. No. Thought so.
