Hey this is me 😊
I thought people could practice law until their brains are no longer working. 🤔🤔🤔In America 🇺🇸 & 🇯🇲, there isn’t an age limit to practice law.
Case presenter barrister for NMC has used a criminal case law against me during a public hearing in my absence and in the a absence of any criminal allegations or charges against me. Is this allowed and is this right?
Amazing video!
You should be a politician Chris. You make lots of sense.
Chris Daw.. voice of reason and intelligence.
I’m thinking of doing an LLM at 55 years old after no working experience but got heaps of related qualifications. Am I mad? Is it worth it? Anyone?
Thank you for this video !
lawyers never retire, or seldomly, so your assertion that you can only practice ~20 years if you join in your 40s is wrong. if you live to 80 it very well may be 30 or 35 and so on...
Im a nurse changing careers
“If he covers” means the hospital can “make him well enough to go free” even though Calcone attempted to kill multiple people at a bus stop. This also wholly ignores R v Cunningham HoL which only requires an intent to commit GBH which Calcone admitted to.
R v Cunningham prescribes the criterion for ‘recklessness’. This is a lower requisite mens rea, than ‘intention’. This could be used in a GBH charge, under s.20, as this only requires basic intent. However, murder is a crime of specific intent. The defendant must have ‘intention’ rather than simply ‘recklessness’, in order to satisfy the mens rea for murder. Consequently ‘ recklessness’ as per R v Cunningham does not apply to murder.
Pathetic summary, because it avoids Calcones guilty pleas to attempted murder which requires an intent to kill and contradicts his so called lack of intent
The other category which is often over looked are those who qualified as barristers and/or solicitors in their early-mid -20's, had a poor experience in practice and went away to pursue another career for 30 years but have decided to return in their '50's on their own terms and with an entirely different outlook.
I’ll be graduating law school at 30. Spending majority of my 20’s in school & working full time as a paralegal for 3 years. Applying next year so I’ll be entering a 1L as a 27 year old
Piers Morgan incitement rant on television.
Will he be in fear a clubbing from screws? No. Therefore it is a lesser sentence. The Prosecutor and Judge should both face consequences, hell the reasonable for their failure would be a short drop and sudden atop
Maybe Piers you could do your job and INFORM your audience as opposed to just winding them up with lies! Jesus Christ!
That’s because you people vote Tory and they defund everything! OMFG! The system is broken BECAUSE YOU BROKE IT!!
Peter Breggin wrote a book, "Toxic Psychiatry", warning humanity about big pharma and the drugs that they give people. He also gave testimony to the American congress.
Been dead for 14 years and taking the Bar Fri. It's never too late!
Trump derangement syndrome always finds a vent. Removing Trump from the ballot is suspicious, partisan leftist and crooked. A blatant, leftist Judiciary.
President turd👎👎👎
Biden has no cognitive capacity and Trump thinks magnets do not work under water. So the mentally challenged or the illiterate, who should control the nukes?
Who the hell is Chris Daw? All these anti-Trumpers are narcissists who think they are light years beyond anyone they disagree with...instead of the transparent fact they are vapid puppets led by the nose of the MSM. Meanwhile, this clown tries to give birth to another Russia hoax.
The world needs Donald Trump
Murray 2024!
How this man became a KC is astonishing how uninformed can you be. ??
Trump the true President. Biden is a crook puppet installed like a toilet.
The baldy speccy fella is a clown
Trump Not Crump .🇺🇸🇬🇧
Doesn't Chris Daw remember the fabrication of the Steele Dossier, put together by what passes as the British "intelligence" agencies? This sordid document, was ordered to be compiled and then paid for by Hillary Clinton.
Get that sycophantic cult member off the air. Trump is a threat to the allies of the USA.
I honestly don't know how after the last three years anybody could vote for Biden, all the nonsense aside, Donald Trump's can stand on his record, the "democrats" can't.
Maybe if our media here in the UK and US had not hated Trump and lied about Trump there would not have been recessions in the west. There wouldn’t have been Oct 7th, Hamas would have been nothing, Iran would have been bankrupt, Putin would never had dared to invade Ukraine. There would not have been a rush to close down oil and gas in the USA and energy self sufficiency in the States would have been 100% with no green deal. China back in its box. The WHO would have been nothing instead of getting more powerful and UN would have been kicked out of the States for being a pro terror, pro islamic talking shop. NATO would have been bolstered by countries paying their share. So you may not like Trump but your hate is actually costing us all in monetary terms as well as security
Yes it is written that Trump will win in Nov24 after the stock market crash and recession and then in 2025 its the payback year what would you do if you were persecuted for the last 7 years
Trump 100%
He must. We need him so bad. TRUMP 2024!
Some serious TDS / Trump Derangement Syndrome on display in this video for sure! Trump was better than Biden in every way and he gains support every time the swamp creatures attack him because more people are seeing those prosecutions for the shams that they are.
that bald guy with glasses... what an idiot.
Mentally 12 year olds. Dingaling.
Just imagine this was all the otherway round then you can guarantee trump wouldn't be getting away with any of what bidens administration are doing! And BTW it's a million % the biggest witch hunt in history put all this effort into the epstein list people would respect you all more again
Frank Luntz,,,,, Kevin McCarthy's "Suck Buddy Roommates" !!!! Chris Daw Maybe He Can Move In With,,, Frank and Kevin... A Three Way Suck Party,,, Every Night...
Trump will put the country back track after bi-dumb derailed it. He did it in his first term he will do it again.
I keep seeing Douglas Murray on this show, where's piers? Has he run away to hide from all the criticism he deserves? I hope he has gone forever.
For the UK, a Trump presidency would be no better than another Biden presidency. Trump is in it for himself but he sells it for America first and that means no room for the UK. Someone tell the woman that the Queen is dead.
I'll either vote 3rd party or stay home.
Chris Daw looks like he's soiled himself and is being forced to sit in the mess.
Donald Trump hates being second at anything. But it looks increasing likely that he'll be the second person to serve non-consecutive terms as president of the USA. If it happens, Mr Trump will be happy about coming second for the first time in his life.
The judge said Trump is a rapist. He is a dictator and presently has 91 felonies. He will lose again. Why on earth would America want him.
Trump never went to jail, so he must be innocent.
Trump is a business man, we need someone who can make money. Taking him off the ballot is a communist scheme.
