@keganramsey4843. Yes, I completely agree with you on that ! It was very tragic that Svend was injured :( He would most likely have won the competition here ! :) He would have finished second at least !!!!!

Theres something about Phillipa .... there are many more pretty women on TV every day but Phillipa has some kind of sparkle just makes her so more attractive.
These competitions were great fun to watch. Running with heavy objects looks always pretty dangerous, but only few severeish injuries in a decade, tho.
105kg log and 1 minute :/ I remember big Z did 160kg for 10 reps at wsm 2011 and he still had more in the tank, says a lot of how far the sport has come :)
@anonymous it's more to do with familiarity than drugs. I've been training for 8 months and can rep 80kg like that cause I have a log to train on. The grip event was made easier than the normal one, bill has way more injuries and is older so of course Magnus was going to beat him. Not saying they're natural but the drugs isn't the only reason they're there
@@hugodogobob i think geoff capes and don reinhoudt were natural beast with no p.e.d.s. but Jon pall was definitely on tons of roids so was kaz i think. Doug edmunds, had a personal issue with Flemming. Fleming told me about it in zambia 2001 wsm, it was something he said at a dinner that Doug overheard. He didn't want to repeat it to me though. Doug had issues with Gerrit Badenhorst aswell.. Doug had his favorites, Sameulsson was one of them...

Doggie Edmund’s the worst judge I’ve ever seen!!! Iron bear Colin’s didn’t lock out on the log lift at least 3 times but was given all of them. Fleming was robbed
No it wouldn't have. Ahola and Flemming tied on the log press, so they both got 9 points, if Flemming would have won, he would have got 10 points and Ahola still 9 points. The final score was Flemming 57 and Ahola 61. The 1 point wouldn't have make any difference.
These comps were so professionally produced back then
Thank you for this. Gerlof Holkema. Appreciate it
Thanx :-)

Not knowing who she was, she seems very confident and yes she does look ver beautiful
She's on Instagram, still very beautiful!
The shows are boring nowadays. The competition is better though. They rely on the mic too much to keep people entertained
Flemming was like Samuelsson on Diesel fuel.

they still d that
Flemming being done in on the log lift and his mistake on the car flip cost him valuable points
