  • The best time to meditate is in the morning as soon as you wake up. Don’t look at your phone, don’t check your email,
    don’t listen to news, don’t go on social media.
    Take a shower, put on fresh clothes, and go straight to meditation.

    I have been following the same morning routine since 8 months now and man go ahead & just start with this simple practice...your whole day will be so energized and full of positivity. Thankyou @DandapaniLLC There is a lot to learn from you.

    I like to meditate after my workout because meditating makes me calm, and feel peace, and I need to feel a bit angry before my workouts

    The best time to practice meditation is always now now now now now no matter what when you get free time just shut your mouth and listen what you mind is telling you about everyone else don't try to do right with your good or bad thoughts just let them go and come god bless us and be positive😊😊😊

    I feel like we should meditate in evening or night .... In morning we are so fresh but as the day end we r tired frustrated so it may help to calm us ..idk 😶

    Does guided meditation work? This is what im trying to do for several days now. As soon as i wake up, i open youtube and look for guided meditation videos. Im not sure if this is ok or i need to find alternatives.

      Ura Deva actually I've already quit (in the morning) i felt pretty drowsy and felt it wasn't the best time for me.

      It sounds like you’re still meditating though? That’s terrific in itself. Maybe some exercise and possibly some breathwork before in the am and then trying like that after 20 minutes? From what you said it seems like you still meditate? There’s great in itself. There are 100,000 ways on the path, as many as there are people I imagine. Everyone has different things that work for them and the life changes all the time. May I keep on trying over here.

    I no longer meditate when I wake up in the morning. I ended up outside of my physical body a couple of times. No Bueno. I prefer to meditate before I go to bed.

      5-15 mins. it'll decrease once you get habituated

    In one of your interviews you said that you were provided with beer where you went to meditate. Also you mentioned that you were dining with a family and you drank shaimpiane. I don't like to talk about about my religion, but I felt you need to know what religion I belong to. I'm a Hindu from India. I practised Vipasana meditation for a brief period. There is no place for alcohol in meditation unless you want to escape. I was surprised when you mentioned about it

      At the beginning you will feel sleepy. Practice it daily and once it becomes a habit , you wont feel sleepy.
