In today's Shoe Care Academy cleaning tutorial, our Customer Service Lead, Robert shows us the best way to clean the Air Jordan 1 Neutral Grey! To clean the sneaker, he used the Reshoevn8r Signature Kit that can be found on our website! The best way to clean this sneaker was to throw it in the washing machine with our Laundry Bag and Detergent Pods. If you have a pair of suede sneakers, use the Reshoevn8r Dry Suede Kit to reset the nap of the suede. When you put the shoes in the washer, what temperature do you put in? And do you put it in a full cycle? Love the videos but this point is never mentioned. Really appreciate this help 🙏
Always use COLD water, normal cycle. The time can range based on your washing machine, however the normal wash time is 30-45 minutes.

I have this exact pair and washed them before watching this video. I used the rubber eraser from the suede kit and it messed up the texture on the swoosh and heel suede. It appeared to pull the suede out if that makes sense. So don’t do what I did and do what he did!!!
