    We are ReMINDer, a Hong Kong mental health advocacy group founded in June 2019 and led by university students. We envision an environment that promotes improved mental wellbeing and the eradication of social stigma and discrimination against the mentally ill.
    To depict the journey of mental health patients from diagnosis to recovery, we will publish videos regularly. Our content ranges from Mental Disorder 101 and Mental Health Human Library. This video belongs to the “Mental Health Human Library” series.
    We interviewed Rachel who has anxiety, depression and bulimia nervosa. This is the second half of our interview which Rachel continued to share her life living with anxiety as well as her recovery journey.

    Note: The detailed names of Rachel's mental illnesses are major depressive disorder and generalised anxiety disorder. This clip has used terms such as "depression" and "anxiety", which are common names for these conditions.

    Rachel, 我覺得你好勇敢分享自己故事。我是焦慮症病人,我都想搵到一個方法可以令這個病快啲好返,睇完你段片之後我覺得有好多想法可以幫助自己可以早啲康復。另外你令我發現原來這個世界都有好多同我地一樣情況嘅人,即時好有共鳴感。

    我发现让自己忙起来,还有就是运动,也可以间歇性运动,比如做一些动作,休息一下做些其它事,然后继续运动,都可以让自己放松。
