YOU FEELIN IT NOW MR CRABS!!!!
For some reason i am really drawn to this bird. I just love how when they have a connection they bow for some reason they come across and remind me of honoring really feel their soul. Respect them.
Will beat This spirit animal
It's Buckbeak!
My new favorite bird. The fact that they ensure the continuance of the species in ways that humans think is bad, is probably what's prevented their extinction, at the hands of those humans.
To approach a “tame” shoebill, you have to bow to it and wait for it to bow back otherwise it will fly away before letting you touch it.
Thought that was a cool touch, and really interesting.
Siphy I have a hard time believing that as much as I want to.
+47most SOON I think people do bow to the bird tho
Lee Thomas oh I believe that aspect, I just wonder if they actually expect you to bow to them in order to be welcome.
+47most SOON it does sometimes I think there's a video on TH-cam
Dude that's buckbeak off Harry potter
I am just in love with the little feathers poking out of their head haha

Rufly 3ft
Why didn't she say the wing beats per minute in british measurements?
This joke was old along time ago
@@SladeShadows it won't change untill you people start using a proper measurement system
@@CrazyDutchguys we do use it imperial is just better for everyday life stop making uneducated comments. Tldr any scientist or engineer in our Country use metric for calculations but you'd be hard pressed to try to explain how far away x amount of meters is to any American. We use it get over it.

Monogamous.
Favors stronger child.
Sounds like Randyll Tarly’s spirit animal
They're absurd! They look like dangerous geeks! Seriously, though, I think that this bird must be the best modern day replica of a dinosaur we have, along with the Cassuary.
1:13 I will never get over the fact that I have the same name as a bird.
@HazyDay it is, mom chose it

Dakka-bird!
i think thats really more of a hip hop thing
Or A Trex from Jurassic Park
Nah hip hop thing is a sideways pistol to defend you from the government who's always out to get you.
"they're declining due to: hunting, habitat destruction and capture" and their awful parenting could also be the cause of that too.
Doubt it buddy , they would have died out hundreds of years ago if that was the case .
@@thequeensakraut2764 perhaps unlike humans they know when to stop breeding
If anything they're way of raising young insures that only the strongest survive! Hell humans could learn a thing or two honestly.
@@Prometheushighaf no animal does besides humans. actually. Animals reproduce without thought. Humans have declining native populations in multiple nations. *damn autocorrect hans lol
@@stanleyc2978 tell that to China...
I love the idea of comparison for size! It really drives home the details of what they are talking about. Great job!
Who is Lebron James? 🤔
