What is the minimum required as a downpayment like loan-to-value LTV? 7/ Like rb.gy/fssfti - do we have a legit salary resource that I should be aware of for Canadian compensation? 8/ What are investment sites available (M1Finance/ Fidelity/ Robinhood/Stash) what are potential trading platform and options. I learned you cannot invest in vanguard America. Please make a video of that too.
This town really has a different architecture, vibe, and it is self-sufficient. Because of so many good colleges it has and startups, this town is definitely gonna turn into a silicon valley or at least Noida/Gurgaon in coming 5 years. I moved to Kitchener recenty for the exact same reasons. Lived in Toronto downtown and then Missisissauga but Kithcner is a very peaceful and self-sufficient city as you guys discovered too.

I had visited Kitchener in Fall of 2016 to see off my son who was beginning his undergraduate program at WLU, Waterloo in September. Besides walking around the main Kitchener marketplace and using the bus terminal (both in your video) both of us sat and had coffee at the same Coffee Culture where both of you had coffee, while waiting for our AirBnB host to pick us up from there. I loved the city, though it may come across as a little less clean and less safe than Toronto, Mississauga etc. it has a distinct culture to it. Keep it up. Lots of love to both of you.

Let me add my two cents , love real estate and doing lot of real estate trends . GTA has reached its peak , the growth will be slower as compared to the other cities in Ontario like Hamilton , Kitchener and Waterloo . Investing and living here is a great Idea.

Aur ek aur baat, same thing applies for London, ONT. My wife & I were quarantined there and we actually love the city. It’s small but more liveable (and cheap) vs Toronto GTA.

I like your content - great!! One suggestion - before you pickup camera to record take care of 2 things. 1. Camera lens is clear and no smear of lens (otherwise lights or bright colours will have flare effect) 2. Keeping lights in front to expose face (umbrella would be a great add on)
