Yes I needed that also. My toes got a good stretch too.
Stretch excellent 👌
Thanks!
Thank you SO much for helping Post Stroke keep our content accessible to everyone! ❤️
This is so helpful. That spasticity really gets in the way of so much- glad you mentioned how it affects this.
Thanks so much! Yes, it's important to understand that foot drop isn't just a result of muscle weakness but also spasticity! Two different issues that need to be addressed to see progress 😊
Fantastic I needed that❤❤❤
So glad!! I hope you’re doing well! How’s the catering business? 😊
@@PostStrokeOrg thanks for asking. It's slow but steady. Rebuilding a clientele is taking some time but I'm appreciative of the ones I have. It's carnival time here in Trinidad so it's a little slow but I also have easter to look forward to. Thanks for asking. How's ur little bundle of joy?
I have been bedridden for almost 2 years now, I couldn't stand up or sit for too long because I have a bedsore on my buttocks. My left leg is too weak and I have a foot drop. What exercises should I do? 😢
Should we wear AFO during these or use strap assist if we can't do dorsaflexion (drop foot not from stroke but severed peroneal nerve and post op)?
Thank you this is my problem after stroke, ankle spasticity. How often do I do these exercises, is more better?
@marianneg.6599 I'd reach out to your doctor or therapist for specific recommendations for your situation. However, a stretching routine at least once a day for spasticity is generally recommended. ❤️
Mam my hand finger and leg finger no moment pls tell exercise
Mam can i share my walking video and can pls suggest what exercises i need to do, i had thalamic bleed right brain impacting left limbs in oct 2023.

@lukeofagbe4518 I would reach out to your doctor, surgeon, or therapist if you have one. They will be able to give you more specific recommendations based on your situation!
