  • My take on grilling sausage on the 22" Weber kettle. It's very easy to do and tastes great..!
I do apologize for the missing footage at the end and will try not to let it happen again.

The ending blew me away! Peppers and onions is the way to go! I just got some Clements Fresh Polish I’m going to cook them up! Were they that good! I’ve heard of people boiling and pan frying for a different cook!

I was new to recording and editing videos at this time and lost the footage of the peppers and onions over the cast iron on this kettle. All I did was removed the drip pan and put the char grates together in the center.. I've never had Klement's store bought sausage unless it's a Clement's fresh meat market you're talking about.. And I'm not one of those people that boil any type of meat.. Nothing wrong with it, if that's what they like..

It was fresh Polish! I’ve never seen it before but they had them at Aldie reminds me of a Polish meat market I used to go to they had fresh Ukrainian Sausage loaded with garlic! The Polish were good I couldn’t get out on my smoky Joe so I boiled and pan fried with onions on a fresh bakery bun really there’s nothing better! beer mustard! Enjoy

@@samsacre I'm a garlic lover brother.. It's hard to find good polish in our area but I know one person that makes it and it's very good. I'll get an updated video out on this as soon as I can. I'll be sure to get peppers and onions in too.

I don't want to sound like the old guy, but that music is killing me. Even if you lost the cast iron footage, a final shot would have been great too. Thanks for the timing - super helpful!

It's all good.. In most of my current videos I stopped playing music and if I did It's at a low volume.. Everything turned out great.. Thanks for watching.

I liked your video. can you (one day) re-do it and get all of the steps in it. It is just too expensive to eat BBQ out anymore. So, we are learning how to cook everything we like at home.

I can do that. That wouldn't be a problem at all.

Thanks for giving the specs on times and temps! Too often they get left out. Well done video, like the back ground music too but could do without the rap video at the end. A few more seconds of leaving the print overs would make them easier to read and process. Overall enjoyed it alot.
Look forward to more of your kettle grill vids!

Yo wtf, we have the same last name. Where are you from? I just happened to click this video to check out some grilling techniques and hearing you say your last name really threw me off as it's not common at all...
I'm from north west PA, but I heard there are some in Chicago too.
You literally have the same name as my dad and nanu and look like a younger version of my nanu.

Joe next time brush the polish with honey and brown sugar. Just before they are done. You will not need a bun. Trust me
