ive always loved bikes, been riding for a couple of years now, but this video, or collection of videos, have made me fall in love with the yamaha crossplane r1's, u guys have obviously done work to them but definitly imo the cleanest bikes out there, they sound so powerful :X
Awesome riders.......my daughter just got a Yamaha R6 and I am praying that she rides very carefully!!! She loves riding and she is a full time college student. Thanks for sharing!!

@tantorecords The magazines knock them because they are slow but I love the sound of my 2009 and it is plenty fast for the street. I love the crossplane sound.

@KingDodo07 no, I thought the orange motard...however the firs is a mv agusta brutale and the second naked is a ducati monster s4r...I'm italian :) and they are italian bikes
@masterknaster There were alot of bikes that had mirrors in the vid, just most of the faster riders usually are too and from the track there's really no point in putting them back on. when you ride like a boss you don't need them.
ve learned alot just from reading the comments, i am a motorcycle fanatic but have not had the sufficient funds to get myself a nice bike yet, but a quick question, you guys were speaking about these R1's sacrificing top end power for mid range power? so in essence more of a track back then a drag bike? and i also read that its got less torque then the 1198 due to it being a 1000cc but does it have more torque then the average 1000??? @chrisu90 Looks about 40ish to me. It's just a really mean ass turn. Decreasing radius but doesn't look like it when you're going into it. A lot of people lowside right there. That guard rail has claimed more bikes than Jay Leno.

I've noticed that whenever the camera encounters a ton of trees or bushes, the framerate drops dramatically. It is not just my computer; I watched a few of mouse's vids on my friend's Macbook Pro and the videos do the same thing. What is the deal with that?
@phych There were a few that weren't fully geared up, so she shouldn't be singled out just because she's female. Judging from those $350 boots she was wearing, she's probably got a lot more quality gear than what was seen in the video. But this holds true for everyone; dress for the crash, not for the ride.

alot The experienced guys in full leathers didnt touch knee so people should see theres no necessity to drag knee
