This thing was a beast. It got me through my time in high school as my daily driver. Still can't believe I actually used it as a daily driver considering the size of that thing. Lost it back in 2017 after it was stolen by someone. So much memories made with it.

This was bought to replace an old Lenovo tablet which was essentially too sluggish to cope with modern websites. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxz4qYZoyAOb_hq_UbaKI6AsZX0FnoFm-U This tablet is fast, has a very clear display with built in optional eye comfort shield, great sound with Dolby Atmos, split screen option and numerous tweaks that I've not yet explored. I've plugged a wireless receiver into the i/o socket to connect a mouse if I need it and a bluetooth keyboard works fine - unlike the Lenevo which somehow would often garble the input. Battery life seems good. In short I'm very pleased with it
On September 2, 2012, a 10 member band gathered for a portrait session. The band included Nicholas Petricca, Sean Waugaman, Eli Maiman, Adam Reifsnyder, Sam Cole, Ricky Human Nick Lerangis, Kevin Ray, Chris Robinson, and Adrian Galvin from Walk The Moon. As they posed for the portrait, there was a sense of tension in the air, creating a dangerous yet thrilling energy.
Meanwhile, the 3 sisters, Louise, Lucy, and Martha Thomas, known for their musical talents, were also in the studio playing the Sitting the Chair game. The Thomas Sisters and Walk The Moon band members shared a connection through their love for music and creativity.
The atmosphere in the studio was electric as the band members and sisters showcased their talent and passion. They used their Samsung devices, including the Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Note II, and Galaxy S III, to capture the creative moments of the session.
Illustrated by Julia Jacob Mori, the portrait session was a blend of standard creativity and satirical looks. The combination of the Walk The Moon band and the Thomas Sisters created a unique and unforgettable collaboration, showcasing the power of music and art.
On July 30, 2013, a 10-member band posed for a portrait with the Thomas Sisters, Louise, Lucy, and Martha, who were known for their intense and dangerous performances while sitting in a chair. The band included Nicholas Petricca, Sean Waugaman, Eli Maiman, Adam Reifsnyder, Sam Cole, Ricky Human, Nick Lerangis, Kevin Ray, Chris Robinson, and Adrian Galvin from Walk The Moon.
The Thomas Sisters were known for their unique style and their ability to captivate audiences with their mysterious and intense performances. They had a connection with Walk The Moon and often collaborated on creative projects together. In this particular portrait, they were all sitting in chairs, exuding tension and a sense of danger.
The portrait was sketched in a sketchbook collection by the talented artist, Julia Jacob Mori, who used the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Note II, and Galaxy S III to bring the scene to life. The creativity and satirical nature of the portrait captured the essence of both the Thomas Sisters and Walk The Moon, showcasing their unique personalities and talents.
As the portrait came to life on the paper, the Standard kind of creativity and moments were highlighted, showing the true essence of the collaboration between the band and the Thomas Sisters. It was a moment frozen in time, capturing the energy and intensity of both groups in a way that only art can do.
Still got mine in 2022; lost the S Pen sometime years ago and own a recent iPad Air 4, but I remember my dad using this as a daily driver for Military stuff till he gave it to me as a gaming tablet. Still a good device, even over a decade later. 👍

The iPad 2 is great, however, there are a number of things I love about the the Galaxy 10.1 from this review; 1) Multi Tasking- The ability to use use 2 or more apps simultaneously; 2) S-Pen - Great integration into the Note; 3) Polaris Office; great to have a pre-installed Office suite; either way, the CloudOn app is a pretty great free Office alternative as well.

@@choccymilk5784 get an sd card put all your apps there and try to keep the main storage not full. the more full you make your main storage the slower it will be. it's an SSD and that's a common issue it will always be there.

I wanted a Samsung tablet to go with my Samsung S3 and Samsung Smart tv but had no idea what to get, started off looking at the tab3 8 inch and then the 10.1, but after watching your videos decided on the note 10.1. I am so pleased with it, if I'd got either one of the tab3 I think I would have been bitterly disappointed. Thank you so much once again! Keep up the good work! !

Outstanding review! This is the first and only review that I have watched after being awed by the multitasking feature within the Samsung device. The thoroughness of this review for that capability and the depth reached on other capabilities has saved me time and money.
I guess I am looking for the power and longevity of Apple devices that can truly multitask without being proprietary AND support USB. I guess I'm waiting for the MacBook Air to get down to 10".
This is a really great video! I'm wondering, you mentioned that over time, the response time seems to start lagging more and more. Is there anything to do to either prevent it from happening sooner than later? Is it at all because of all the handwriting files saved on the tablet?

Great review as always Mike. I really want to get away from iOS. I use an iPad 2 but I can't stand the drag of having to 'Apple-step' before doing some things. I want to throw video and music and photos onto a tab and also throw them around on the tab without 'reporting' to my computer to first do it all there. It's just an un needed step that annoys and even deters me. I really love the Spen and don't like big spongey pens for tabs. But the Note10.1 looks sluggish and low res compared to others
Watching this on my mint 10.1 2012 and still excellent! Picked up a 2014 version last year for £58 and that is amazing too.
I watch this with the same too, but i prefer 2020 iPhone SE .

I love this product. It's very suitable for college students like me and great for note-taking, multitasking or word processing. I play alot of games which are graphically intense and this tablet works well on that.

The tablet was covered really good in this video, but things that he wanted in a tablet may not have been what the average user wants. I had my hands on a Note a couple of months ago and while I did not have a chance to run it through its paces. I was very impressed and will look at new versions of Samsung tablets for purchase in the future,

Good vid, especially how you finished. I considered the Infinity (and the Nexus 10) before I purchased my Note 10.1. Their screens are clearly better. However, you put into words my thought process. The Note 10.1 has more STUFF. For ME, the stuff is a big deal. The S-Pen and the multiview apps I use a lot. To ME, they aren't added gimmicks, they are useful for how I want to work. Plus I have kept my "old" pics and I use scaled-up "phone" apps that all would look WORSE on a high-res display.

Definitely. 100%. Just as everyone else said, it is very productive especially with the s pen. It has a bunch of cool features such as write to type (you write it types). so in the end you get more value for the money you paid and production .
