is there a specific reason why you prefer to create the Meta Pixel from the Meta Business Suite rather than creating it from the Shopify App Channel?
No particular reason! The creation process is much simpler this way.

Several pixels is not recommended as a setup. It's best to stick with one Pixel.

Doing this direct integration from Facebook with Shopify, what happens if/when Facebook blocks my BM (business manager)? Will all the other BMs also be blocked and then my website dies because I will never be able to drive traffic to it again?
Why would Meta block your BM because you used their own sales channel on Shopify? Please note that this is not possible. Also, it is not possible for other BMs to be blocked by proxy.

How do I add an existing pixel to a new website with same audience? I have a pixel that I have used for 3 years with a lot of data on it and I want to use that pixel for my new Shopify store but I can't figure out how to use it on the new store? Everytime I go to set up a pixel I only get the option to create new or use the one they are suggesting but not my pixel from my other Shopify store.... I am able to use it to run ads but it's not tracking so I don't know which ad sets are working....
