While showing Louis a recently purchased property the Arab brother of the previous owner confronts Daniel and alleges that more apartments have been taken by the new owners than were sold to them.
In Louis Theroux: The Ultra Zionists, Louis joins an extreme subculture of the most committed Jewish settlers in the Israeli-occupied West Bank, and explores their lives amidst constant tension and conflict.

you misunderstand why he couldn't talk about it.
Muslims have their own law- they can't sell property to Jews otherwise they will be severly punished / killed by their fellow Muslim Arabs. Therefore they do exactly what Louis suggested- they take a very good price for the sale of the property and then tell their community that the Jews stole the property, leaving their stuff there to mock it up. The implication in the clip though is that the man Louis is interviewing is evading the question as if there is something Israelis should be ashamed of that they are doing- however, the opposite is the case- he is protecting the Arab family that sold the property.
