Who is the I in me The watcher within The one aware when My mind wonders Here, there and everywhere Who with gentle breath and tender touch Stills my mind and guides me back to now Call the I what you will The East's suffering self Or the West's sentient soul Either way Does being mindful really have the power As some say To make us whole If we learn to pay attention And intentionally inhabit each moment of the day Instead of letting our minds stray And wander away
The Practice seams well for thinkers/Dreamers, to grow as. Collective, but helping Politicians, seams like it Shuting my own foot, instead we need to use this tool to Search beyond our own Universe reach out into the Cosmos, while in there call out if someone can hear such mindfulness. It Work!
“ some of the best teachers and facilitators “ intro for me is unneeded promotion. The material presented is the litmus test of and for the value received - perceived by the participants - viewers.
Fix the audio. I can't listen to this with earbuds. The sibilance from the the guests side of the mic is extreme. It's happened in two videos in a row. Alexander Beiner's audio was okay, but the guest's audio is horrible.

Really great to see this thinking coming to the fore and proud to have been part of the back story...
This is one of my favorite TH-cam channels
Peace Light
Thank You
All I want is a president that can enter into nirvikalpa samadhi. Is that too much to ask for?
I’ve seen the Flaming Lips three times and I notice Yoshimi Vs the Pink Robots album cover on the wall. Class.
Great live act they had.
Who is the I in me
The watcher within
The one aware when
My mind wonders
Here, there and everywhere
Who with gentle breath and tender touch
Stills my mind and guides me back to now
Call the I what you will
The East's suffering self
Or the West's sentient soul
Either way
Does being mindful really have the power
As some say
To make us whole
If we learn to pay attention
And intentionally inhabit each moment of the day
Instead of letting our minds stray
And wander away
What is this poem ?

love your style - intro no t needed, let the content speak for itself. - th-cam.com/video/CG0MRyGnXsk/w-d-xo.html
Much simpler definition of mindfulness is........knowing whats happening while it's happening.....
Not sure I quite understand what “urgent times” are…
they're the sort of times that cause people to pathologically bristle when you suggest that they're "urgent"
