I want to thank you. I was great with time management when I went into a physical office most of my life, but now I’m happy to say I’m finally (after entering my 50’s) able to live my dream working for myself doing what I love and time management can be a struggle. We do most every aspect of the business and I struggle with scheduling. You have given me so many tips and tricks, ideas on staying on task, meal preparation etc. that will change my daily routine for the better. Thank you again-you are amazing!♥️

Thank you! No I don’t but water bottles and my fridge has a water dispenser on it. I just make a meal plan/grocery list before I go and buy only what I write down (how I make this is in my Healthy Routine Vlog) 🥰

It’s my house lighting!! I changed my lights from standard warm toned lighting to 5000K 100watt light bulbs and it made ALL of the difference! They’re really bright and white toned!
Yes it’s just 5000K 100 watt 🥰 I don’t have the exact ones I can link as a contractor bought and installed them for me bc I don’t have standard lightbulbs, but just look for those specifications and they’ll be the same
It's so nice that you're trying to eat healthier meals. But as a European, I can't stop thinking about how many packaged food Americans eat. And that terrifies me 😅 i mean the meat was packaged, the taco seasoning was packaged, the edamame seeds and so on. All of those also have tons of preservatives in them. I guess it has to do with how huge the country is, and it's impossible to keep food fresh when transporting it. Idk
