How To Make A Non-Alcoholic Passionfruit Martini | Cocktail Masterclass Recipe | Vegan Friendly

Here's our Non-Alcoholic Passionfruit Martini Recipe Our new class menu is populated by crowd-pleasing cocktails and perhaps none more so than the Passion Fruit Martini. We don’t only aim to satisfy the booze drinkers out there though.
We pride ourselves on providing classes that are inclusive for everyone and the current boom in alcohol-free spirits means we can make mocktail versions of all our cocktails that are a close to the originals as we can get without actual booze.
For our passion fruit martini we simply replace the usual vodka with Seedlip’s citrusy ‘Grove 42’ this provides some of the dryness we would otherwise get from the vodka and it’s naturally zingy flavour pairs perfectly with the other fresh ingredients in this drink.
INGREDIENTS:
🐿️ - 40ml Seedlip Grove 42
🔶 - 20ml Passion Fruit Syrup
🟢 - 20ml Lime Juice
🧡 - Half a Fresh Passion Fruit (retain shell for garnish)
PASSION FRUIT MARTINI TRIVIA:
The world-famous progenitor to this cocktail was only created in 2002 by bartender and LAB bar founder Douglas Ankrah at The Townhouse bar in Knightsbridge. Ankrah first christened the cocktail the Maverick Martini, in a hat tip to a dodgy club in Cape Town, but changed the name to the Porn Star Martini.
METHOD:
1. Fill a martini glass with crushed ice and set it aside to chill.
2. Meanwhile, in a Boston glass or shaker, using your jigger to measure, combine all the ingredients.
3. Fill shaker with cubed ice, seal, and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
5. Garnish with the empty passion fruit half.
6. Serve and enjoy.
