    hi, i am from China. In China, I couldn't find useful tutorial neither from books or websites. I am lucky to watch your video here. I think I will improve my skills about Maxwell and thank you very much.

    How can you measure the resistance of the work piece (not the resistance of the work coil) when the work piece put inside the work coil. Thanks.

      can you please refer to the section of the video that I mentioned that ? I think it might be because if you do so it would invalidate the results and that is probably why I said so.

    Hello and thank you very much. without these videos I could need couple of monthes.
    I would ask how can I make a coil that consists of many isolated strands (Litz) conductor.

      +more Hadi just select the stranded option in the excitation. that means no skin effect will be considered.

    I would like to know more about parametric solution, variable followed by dollar sign thing(!!!), it seems we can add small logical programs inside input fields. I personally only 'if' and 'time'. I want to know what are the other function/logic/predefined variable available. Maxwell is very powerful tool, but there is very less tutorial/documentation/help.
    Please upload some tutorial regarding the things mentioned above. And as before Thank You so much

      I am trying to preserve what I learn by uploading them as a set of tutorials.
      I am working full time but in my weekends I have some time to upload some. So pls be patient and stay tuned.

      you mean simulating side by side with MOSFET models ?!

      +kamyar K . Any device, but on substrate. for instance, the same "mutual Inductance Calculation" tutorial on CMOS substrate.

      shila sh yes you can. I have done something similar for a client. Depends on your simulation meaning what you are going to simulate and the frequency.

    Can you import models from software like Autodesk or Solidworks instead of just drawing them inside this basic environment? It will be hard to create complicated shapes in this basic environment.

      +Jon Saw yes. I have to thrill on that. You can import step files solidworks files and autodesk. It's under the maxwell model import.
