What an amazing feast! My hubby would have been making his happy noises with all that beef! Derek makes happy faces when he likes s something, my hubby makes a happy, humming sound when he's really enjoying food.
Yes, it's pricy. But 1) you're in Vegas, so live it up! 2) the selection is insane 3) after a few rounds of blackjack or craps, I usually win enough to help pay for it anyway. Everytime I think I've been to Vegas enough times (20+) and need to do something else, your coverage of Bacchanal always drags me back!
Ate there this past Wednesday night and was not impressed. Seafood was not defrosted enough. Meat and several other dishes were overcooked. Tables were not cleared off promptly, dishes from several courses left stacked.
Excellent video the food as usual was introduced perfectly and the food looked really good. I just thought $80 apiece was a little ridiculous for a buffet but it did have some really good items but I think a fair price would’ve been about $50 a person but overall excellent video excellent food you guys both do just a fantastic job really really good job. I love the videos.

Steamship round is old Scholle from the 70s and 80s I worked at a buffet that I would carve a steamship round every weekend it's a assume pice of meat.

He was taught traditional table manners. Cuts his meat with the knife in his right hand, puts the knife down, transfes the fork to his right hand to actually eat. Hardly ever see that anymore.
That is an USA traditional table manners. In the Uk good table manners is that you never every put the fork into your right hand.

Asking for one of each meat is a good move. Just do it. I do a few plates of seafood and then meat. If I am still alive after that point I try some other things or desserts. Wish it was still $60 but Inflation hurts.
Love the VLOG guys! One question would you suggest to book in advance if visiting during the week or is it ok still to just walk up most days? I've heard mixed advice on this.

Enjoyed the critique. Worth a try, but cost is a factor. You never eat all the food there. Basically what you do not eat is the profit margin. However worth a try for the new. Thanks
We ate there a few months ago…fantastic buffet. I felt $80 was a bargain, considering how much you can get.

I waited every one of those buffets about six months ago. I ate at the bacchanal. I thought it was terrible for the money I never cared for it one bit. The wind is the best one in my opinion I used to like the Orleans for the money or even Green Valley Ranch, but now that the pandemics came through, they closed all of their Buffay’s, so that means I don’t go to the Orleans and gamble and I don’t go to the green valley and gamble that sucks because I like to go to the Green Valley and gamble but I refused to if they were going to take their Buffah out

I love the meets at bucannal but what surprised me the most was the Korean fried chicken - maybe the best chicken I’ve ever had.

I have a question:
As the professional foodies you and Catherine are, do you have advice for an amateur like me to approach the buffet? My concern is I’ll get too full to fully enjoy all the dishes that my eyes want.
Seafood first?
Protein/meats next?
Then any carbs?
Dessert last?
(We only drink water, no alcohol/soda/or juice.)
And I assume you can fill two plates at a time when passing through the buffet line.

The key to buffet eating is to be super hungry, otherwise not worth the price.
Way overpriced. I understand the selection is vast but I’m not a big eater so definitely wouldn’t be worth it for me.
This lamb is angry at Catherine for using the ovine species for human nutritional value. 😡😡😡
Most of that meat (tri-tip & lamb) looked dreadfully over cooked. I mean, cmon. For those prices & the fact that the poor animal was already dead & they still beat the $hit outta it. Bummer.

I could never eat more than $10 of food meat fills you up real quick! for some guys who eat like lions I am sure is worth it for them!
The turkey actually looked the best. Those cuts of beef all looked too well-done and dry for my taste.
