My son just a gifted me a carbon fiber diffuser that he bought for his Q, which he just traded for a G70 (to his regret.) I have a '15 Sport Hybrid in gunmetal and he couldn't take it that my beautiful car put his blue Red Sport to shame (his words), so I win! Thanks for vid, however, I have no problem paying for the install.

I’m having a hard time taking the bottom clips for the diffuser how do you take it off do you squeeze em while using a flat head?
I used a flat head and also squeezed to take them off. They eventually broke while removing so I replaced them with new ones.

If you don’t want to take off the bumper you can also reverse your car on to some ramps so you can see better. But YES for sure drill. Don’t be lazy the tape will not hold up the weight of the diffuser on its own
Yup that's always a good idea unfortunately I did not have ramps on hand 😪 I agree I don't trust relying just on tape especially with South FL heat + rainy days I'm not trying to loose my diffuser on the highway lol its possible with just tape but I rather be safe than sorry
Performance Driven I’m about to get my Q wrapped in two weeks. That’s what I was looking into how do it put it on I’m like duh the ramps 😂 but the shop has to remove my old one anyways so they’re gonna install it . I’m in CA so if it’s not drilled it’s missing the next day lmaoo

Hey bro what's up I like your diffuser I just purchased one and I got it installed but still I'm having issue with my diffuser brake light it's keep on flashing as I'm driving especially when I have all the headlights on like all the lights turned on how can I solve this issue what's your recommendation cuz I had my installer installed for me he installed the wire with the driver rare lights so I don't know if that may cause any shirt as well but let me know what your recommendation thank you
Do not use the yellow wire from the diffuser light. Connect the green wire from car brake light to the red wire on the diffuser light. That solved my flashing problem.

@@TheDjshaun28no longer flashes when braking. Acts just like the tail lights. Couldn't run the risk of getting a ticket.

Did u ever figure it out cause mine is wired and works just fine, the part that is messed up for me is its also connected to right turn signal so it it flashes with right turn signal or emergency lights 😂

Yes it will fit all Q50 models. The never ones have a different style but this same one shown in the video will fit from 2014-2017
