I went into Mr Jones watches in London yesterday. They were surprised but pleased to see you had a picture of one of their watches on your studio wall. Excellent standard of video's by the way.
thank you so much, that is a picture of my own Mr. Jones, they are such a fun watch at an approachable price. might have to add another one to the collection
Great work, Mark -- You provided an excellent introduction of the Striking Hour and other chiming watches, and excellent information about the Bel Canto. So now I know what all the fuss is about!! Thanks to you and the Watch Society team. Well done!!
Another excellent video, Mark! You have to appreciate what CW is doing…The Twelve, Bel Canto, and the new Desk Diver. It’s great to see a company taking risks and thinking creatively. Javier
Thanks for the enjoyable and clear eyed review of this unique watch. Kudos to CW for democratizing this unusual complications. As Mark discussed, a sonnerie au passage is a delightful and interactive companion, at once engaging our senses and reminding us of the inexorable passing of time.
Love the content AWS members are putting out. Congrats on the outstanding presentation and providing real context to those of us who are still learning about all things horological 🙌
Great video Mark, you know this is not my favourite brand but you do a heck of a good job here on your channel. Keep it up mate, hope to chat with you soon. - ARCHIE
My only gripe with the watch is the dial and bland case back design. The radial gloss finish on the dial, and the standard catalogue color options, dont do the watch any justice imo. Its crying out for more luxurious style choices. They can do aventurine dials on their moonphase for gods sake...give me one of those on this watch even!
No mention of the bird. Do people not see it? When its eating/picking off the ground the sound is off/bird cant sing cuz beak full. Tail down, beak up, bird will sing!
I came for the butchering of French and German words. I stayed for the beautiful macro shots and insightful commentary.
Always great content from TWS!

Fantastic video as always, Mark and team! CW absolutely knocked it out of the park with the Bel Canto! I can’t wait until mine comes next year!
Just got mine! Absolutely gorgeous, feel great on the wrist too.

The desk diver is a really creative idea, a big fan of that

Wow, it’s making me even more excited to receive mine in a couple of weeks!!!
I cancelled my Nero after it was delayed for the third time...but I already owned the original Verde & Azzurro limited edition pieces.
Mark, thanks for the in-depth review of the Bel Canto...been curious about it for a while and this sums up the watch nicely. Appreciate it!
This watch is stunning. I’m not sure which color I like the best. Great explanation, Mark! ❤

I didn't really know much about striking hours, or the Bel Canto, good stuff!
Just a crazy value! Great review Mark!
Seriously great video Mark, never thought I’d want a CW but here we are. Thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
@@TheWatchSocietywhat was the watch on your wrist? The red dial is eye catching!
Another thoughtful review. Thanks Mark!
Great video Mark. I look forward to grabbing one soon. I missed out on the Andrew Morgan colab, but I am hoping they made a bunch.
with so many dial choices around it is a nice choose your own adventure on the Bel Canto
Love what CW is doing. Quality review as always Mark!
At last a watch TH-camr with a wrist size above 6.5" well done my good man! New sub! 🫡

Best review I’ve seen on the Bel Canto.
Nicely done. I have a Rosa on a brown strap. As you pointed out, the hourly ting is a joy.
Love this content, great review
thank you, that is much appreciated
Love that watch!
A new and interesting take with added perspective. Great job.
Great video Mark this video is probably the best explanation of this watch I have seen. Great TH-cam content. Keep up the great work!
Brilliant as ever, thank you.

Thank you sir, I will probably pop on a chat early next week - Mark
S/o to the song bird!
The Bel Canto Act II has the Roman numerals & guilloche dial.
Those were nice additions, I think the Roman numerals work best

you read my mind...
Do you know of this issue worth the day disc jumping when pulling the crown in 2nd position with the 7750 and its variants? 🤔
Wow the striking hour strikes every hour. That was something I never thought I'd learn, said absolutely no one.
No mention of the bird.
Do people not see it?
When its eating/picking off the ground the sound is off/bird cant sing cuz beak full.
Tail down, beak up, bird will sing!
Silly me but I was expecting it to strike the hours, ie 4 o'clock 4 strikes and not once. I'll pass
You are looking for a Grande Sonnerie that does that. A MUCH more complicated movement that will cost you many times what the Bel Canto does
