I agree , also MY opinion is that the LAMBO was removed from an enclosed trailer. And somehow ended up on that open car hauler. Maybe that company decided to change mid trip and maybe drive the LAMBO. Dont think the dealer would release the vehicle without protective plastic wraps on body and all that extensive scrapes/scratches on bottom of front bumper. Hope Houston checks the miles on the LAMBO.
Edwin J.T.P I have that feeling that way also, the way they were acting seems to indicate many things. I’m not a seasoned investigator but have learned many tells.... one of which... when a INNOCENT person is accused of something... most times they will reply with a firm protest of innocence, not a denial. Hopefully that made sense.... second, more GUILTY parties don’t reply with the protest of innocence but with a justification for the incident in question. For example here
When shown the damage on a New car, they not only DIDNT PROTEST and say they didn’t do it, they deflected and tried to say “well damaged always occurs on the under carriage”... clear tell. No a physic but I can call what happened.... either he scrapped it when he towed it up on the hauler or he or she scrapped it when they took it around the block real quick to look cool on their social media.... im more convinced the latter as a seasoned tower knows the scrapes can occur during loading... but most people DONT realize how much it costs and how easy it is to scrap the under carriage of a car that ISNT THEIRS 😉

There is no expectation of privacy in public as has been ruled on by the Supreme Court. Now as it appears in this video... its on Huston's property? Careful. I once refused delivery for something on my credit card. Later I could not get the charge reversed. The credit company said I had signed for it, so it was a completed contract. But I hadn't signed for it - the driver, or someone, had forged my name to the electronic pad, it was just a scribble.

I pulled him up he has NO CDL:Commercial Drivers license(Not inportant for that but can't drive a Semi-truck )
And NO health card which is required for Pulling a trailer with a f-150 250 350 450 550 1500 2500 3500 4500 5500's along with no D.O.T Number on the truck or mud flaps he would be he would be put in jail for a 5000$ bail with Suspended license so..... You Can report him to The C.S.P

He should've had a paper BOL. So that you can do your inspection.. He knows he damaged your car. As I watched him unload your car he didn't properly unload it. To much of a angle. The real question should be, if that guy damaged your car, how many other cars has he damage and gotten away with it? I was an owner operator for decades and that guy gives all of us independent truckers a bad name. That BS with the BOL should have never happened. Without noting the damage to the car on the BOL the guy can claim nothing happened. You did right by refusing to sign. No signed BOL means he shouldn't be paid to haul the car.

What u have to understand is that usually between the shipper and receiver no one wants to take the hit for a damage on an exotic car like that, he may have in fact missed damage upon receiving the car that he was hauling, no one knows. Hotshot insurance ain’t cheap at minimum 1k a month. A filed insurance claim which was absolutely necessary on behalf of Royalty Exotics sucks for the guy trying to run his business if he wasn’t at fault for the damage because his already expensive insurance once hit with an at fault claim will only go up higher

People have this misconception that telling someone you dont want to be filmed means they are legally obligated to stop. Not true. This only works on private property. What these people are thinking about is filming for commercial purposes.
The supreme court ruled some years back that there is no expectation of privacy in public.

That's in a private space, on the telephone, etc. In a public space you have no expectation to privacy and you don't need to obtain consent to film in the public space.
Every single state in the United States allows for filming in public. This is clearly a public place and as such he has no expectation of privacy. He wouldn't have said shit about the cameras on the building, he was just trying intimidate Houston (?)
