I've been using this software on a regular basis for about a month now to assist in plating early British stamps, which often have annoyingly effective cancellations covering the useful parts of the stamp.
In a word it's fantastic.
It has exceeded my expectations, and in fact is better than the retroReveal site in some practical ways.
The fact that it works locally once it is installed is great.
The ability to adjust contrast and brightness for any of the filtered images and then save them increases it's usefulness tremendously.

Wondering if this program can read letters written in pencil that has faded over time ? Perhaps also detecting watermarks from handmade paper during the 16th/17th centuries ? Wonderful video and will certainly look further into this during the weekend. Thanks.

Long time no hear. Great program. I was wondering whether this program can replace World Stamp Collector, which i think is gone. There's no word from the applicator from Portugal.

Unfortunately, ImageSleuth is nothing like World Stamp Collector. It is a pity that the World Stamp Collector creator seems to have abandoned his project.

@@clivelevinson he had health problems i recall. Is there a possibility of you upgrading the WSC app or making one from scratch.?

@@rogerturner1881 Unfortunately I can't make changes to the WSC app without the source code and creating something similar from scratch would be an enormous undertaking

could you use this program to uncover plate numbers? i think it would be useful .
