I made a stick frame with clear plastic across the top that is tall and so its only a roof and not enclosing the plants so it inly keep rain off and still lots of air flow and clear so light is coming in and it works great. 😊 Maybe you can do that too
@LushGardener it can just be sticks and plastic not drilled into anything. Just free standing with a rock or something on top so it doesn't blow away. No need to affect any of the structures or floor around it.
I have seen in usa and all they have a small battery charged hand held dust blower. I looked for it online but its super expensive. Rains are a huge, huge concern and i have had plastic sheets flying off and what not. Still not found the perfect setup for rains. Occasional out of season rains are also destructive for succus
yes i had recently seen one ..yup super expensive ...its that small thin one ..very powerful though ....same on the roof top nothing stays my green shade is gone lol ...i have to get another one for summers or before that
I am growing succs from 2 years I have to manage them in minus temperatures now last year we hit minus 5c this is going more cold so this is my 2nd winter with them some have adapted this year I bought many they will face first snowy winter now but I am looking for few varieties that I don't get yet
