Another great video. All that snow though makes me cold, I hope you're bundled up for it. Thank you for braving the weather and be willing to stand trackside and video trains. Keep up the good work, you make my day. Bye for now.
Increíble la potencia que tienen estás máquinas son Miles de toneladas que arrastran al igual que los rieles que soportan todo ese peso impresionante...
I'd freeze to death waiting for these trains to pass ! Very good camerawork, impressive trains and a fairy tale winterscape ! What more can we ask for ? Thanks for such quality pictures.

Great video. I have motorbiked and train spotted all over BC. It rarely gets bitterly cold in BC and true Canadians simply buy good quality gear and get outside. There is excellent battery powered electric gear available which negates the cold factor. I actually prefer the cold because most people stay inside. Tyson do CP/CN still share tracks and run unidirectional trains between Vancouver and Kamloops?
Wow! I grew up in the snowbelt in Hamburg, New York south of Buffalo next to Lake Erie and near to about 4 or 5 main R/R lines. I never remember snow scenes as cool as these you've captured. They do, however, just shout out... (or, probably called Sasquatch there). Anyway, we call snow nieve here... along with a lot of other different words... like a whole language full of 'em. Gracias por tu video. R.T. West sends... envía... Colonia Centro Histórico, Puebla, México...
I miss the good ol’ days when there was no sea cans, the cars either were wheat carriers, coal carriers, tanker cars, lumber carriers, car carriers or side loading box cars…..followed by the caboose with smoke rising out of the chimney. But these are great shots and I appreciate how rail cars have evolved over time💕
Awesome catches man! Sweet shots, absolutely gorgeous! Wish we could snow down here in Texas, but that ain’t gonna happen. It’s in the 50’s-70’s everyday here in the winter.
Not going to lie but traveling out this way at those times was not the safest and easiest, but the media I was able to capture was worth it, thanks for taking the time to watch and realize the pain.

Thank you for watching!
Love the snow covered trains and snow and forest.
A majestic beast of a train slowly appears from the snow clad forests. These shots are brilliantly & fearlessly taken.
I am always blown away by how much pulling and pushing power those locomotives have... Incredible that they can handle such heavy loads.
Over the years, cars have gotten lighter, resistance has been dropped -(roller bearings, lighter car material) and the design and weight of locomotives have gotten a bit heavier, better traction motors...

@Truth Provider Thank you for watching!
@Challenger Rail I don't think this train was any lighter with the amount of snow that was tacked on! lol

Great trian vedios
I'm still amazed at the power and torque the engines have to pull all that weight. The snow itself has to add several more tons to kick.
A unit similar to this one has 4400hp and produces a maximum of 183,000lbf of tractive effort.
@@Ashley_van_Schooneveld That's incredible power.
@Khalil Minor El Yes the snow definitely adds more weight good point! Thanks for the comment and watching
It is impressive I load these trains for a living and most of these containers can easily weigh 10000 pounds to 75000 pounds even more at times
Ditto to the above comment. Thanks Tyson. We are headed for a max on of 29deg this summers day down under. Keep safe.
