    I have seen your throttle body tuning play list more than 3
    Times for each video can I assume that whenever upgrading to a bigger aftermarket throttle body or porting your factory throttle body if you face any throttle body related engine light it should be solved with a simple relearn via hp tuner scanner+the only thing you need to do when upgrading/porting /changing your throttle body is either ve tuning or idle tuning whether it's a gen 3,4 or 5 no new throttle body calibration under airflow >electronicthrottle whatsoever is needed correct because I have been over thinking this spending hours.I need a clear guide around this for all gen 3,4 and 5 and thanks in advance.

    Just drive wide open everywhere and forget about drivability 😂

    Your not bush league bro trust me that’s my department lol. But climbing out! But definitely looks like it makes a huge difference down low for having to do some excessive tuning from what you originally had. Thanks for the update.ABT!

    I know this is from 4 years ago but, a ported throttle body won't really affect the VVE table. honestly, a properly ported throttle body shouldn't affect much at all. If anything it can affect throttle rate or if we had a throttle body airflow table to adjust, maybe that.

    I’m in need of some advice. I have a Ford 302 with aluminum heads, gt40 intake, 1000cc injections, 8an feed, 6an return, gm 3 bar map sensor, an on3 70mm turbo kit, mild cam, manual transmission, also have a terminator x. Under a small load (letting off clutch to get going at a light) my rpms jump around and it feels like it’s surging.

      Kyle, the Holley stuff sucks at idle range fueling adjustment, try bumping the closed loop/learn up to like 1300 RPM and then manually adjust the fuel table while it idling until you see a good AFR and see if it helps.

    How do i reach out to you if i want to get my vehicle tuned by you?

    what if youre on a MAF only tune?

      There is no such thing as a MAF only tune, VE is always present and cannot be disabled so it needs to be tuned. You can skew the dynamic airflow weight towards MAF but you can never do a tune that doesn't reference the VE table, that is why it is critical to tune it.

    Have you ever messed with the cylinder charge temp tuning? For leaning out issues with OLSD tuning?

    • @GoatRopeGarage
      @GoatRopeGarage  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Negative, elaborate? What kind of lean issues you seeing and what platform?

    • @zsells9758
      @zsells9758 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@GoatRopeGarage on some stuff if you run open loop with SD only.. you will start to lean out the more the car warms up. Also you will notice in cold vs hot weather your AFR will be off, maybe a little like .7 off or could be a whole point. I'm having the issue now, and googled and found it is pretty common and do to with the Cylinder Temp "bias" table. Just trying to figure out put to tune it without just "guess and check" so my AFR's will be alot tighter in different weather conditions.
