Thanks Alex. Very informative and well explained. That's exactly how I'm using my FM3. Output 1 goes FOH and Output 2 goes to a Seymour Duncan Powerstage 170 and two 1x12 cabs.
Thank YOU! I do my best on those points, so I appreciate the kind words. Hell yeah! 🤘🏻 I almost bought one of those (before this Orange showed up in an auction), after seeing Angela Pitrelli use one. How do you like it? Two cabs with it, as well? Very cool 💪🏻
@@guitarguru186 Yeah, it is a good unit. Compact, portable and loud enough. Although I would like to test the Pedal Baby as it is a Class A/B SS poweramp and will probably be more dynamic than the Class D amplifier in the Seymour Duncan Powerstages, which is based on the well-known ICEpower 50ASX2BTL. The cabs are high quality clones of the famous Bogner Cubes 1x12. One is loaded with a Celestion V30 T4335 Mesa OEM and the other with a Celestion Creamback H75 both 8 Ohms and wired in parallel, so I'm running the PS170 with a 4 Ohms load meaning that I have all the 170 watts available on tap :) It sounds amazing.
Thank you! Nice! Changing a bit of the boost type to add more mids/sculpting with your EQ block? Always cool to hear what people are doing! (I’ve had to do similar things within the Filter block, but on a rare occasion have used GEQ/PEQ)
Hahaha you know, I had completely forgotten about that setting until you mentioned it! Went 3 years FRFR before using this setup, so I was only ever thinking about the Cab Block & Cabinet Modeling. Have you/do you use these different settings? While I’m personally only using my cabs for monitoring & also still sending to FoH, I’m guessing I should stick with FRFR (?), but I will absolutely do some reading & A/B comparisons. Thank you for this!
I love how simple yet effective it is. Calm and clear voice, without any unnecessary video effects. 👌
Information is key, & the rest is a distraction 😂
Thank you! I’m glad you’ve enjoyed/gotten something out of it ^_^

Great Video! My exact signal route for my Axe-Fx 3 although I use an EQ block instead of filter for boost! Keep up the great Vids🤘🏻
Thank you!

in the AMP BLOCK do you change from FRFR to SS poweramp + cab and also Speaker drive to 0?
