What kind of climate do you live in? I would do 5w30 for winters if its cold and 10w40 for summer. Use m1-209a or FE-3600 Oil Filter itll fit 6qts this way easy.
@@WhiteblurrST thank you, I’m in the Central Valley in California it’s still kind of hot daytime but i work nightshift so it’s around 60 Fahrenheit night time driving
@@WhiteblurrST also i still haven’t done my transmission oil at this mileage and I’m not too sure which brand i should use, should i run that amsoil fluid?
Yea get amsoil XL 10w40 being in California its warm there mostly year around. I would also get 75w90 amsoil manual transmission fluid. Its definitely gonna protect better than any dctf fluid.
Yes sir it is! I had a tial bov flange welded on my mishimoto hot pipe also to fit my efr full race kit . I prefer the hot pipe location over cold pipe because its before the intercooler and its way easier access.
I just got done with first wave of mods on my rs. Taking it to dragstrip in a week. Do you use the shift light on the cobb? Is it bright enough to react to it instantly? I'm used to old school shift lights that blind you. Lol. Not sure if its gonna do the job.
@@WhiteblurrST i haven't taken it yet. Will be going friday night and will post results. Not getting a good launch using a dragy to verify. 60ft times are over 2 seconds. Gotta get that worked out.
@GojirasBreath on my old channel i had video but still got my slip, my best was 12.8 at 115mph with 2.3 60ft horrible on 23psi, 93 tune, 360whp, stock engine, stock suspension, stock clutch, 3/4 tank of gas, spun first and 2nd some, rear seats deleted. (Mfactory diff)
Ive had my 17s since 2013. The reasons are i don't like big wheels on small vehicles, the smaller wheel allows more sidewall which helps with ride quality, provides more safety from being bent from pot holes in the road, having more a thicker sidewall helps traction and longevity of suspension parts. The main reason i got them tho is the wheels are lighter, 16.9lbs vs 25lbs compared to stock weight. You definitely feel the difference in acceleration because there is less rotational mass. Ill probably make a video about this now, thanks for the idea.
@Tom3294. no problem man, i appreciate you asking the question. So the ratio is 1:6 , ive lost 8.1 lbs of rotating mass each wheel= 32.4lbs x6 is 194.4lbs of static weight! So my car weighs 2960 on the scale but rolling down the road its actually 2766. Lighter wheels also improves braking, handling!
Wow love this! great work!
Thank you , i got a bunch more to come
Very cool.
Thanks buddy, i got more coming
I subbed what oil do you recommend for a fbo setup ? My block has 105k and my head is new with 2k miles

That 3p intercooler pipe with BOV is for Hot side?

Ive never used the shift no, i doubt its enough depends on where you got it mounted too. Mine is mounted on the a-pillar.
@@WhiteblurrST k. Thx. I think ill get a separate light
@GojirasBreath yea i would, whats your best trap speed and time in a quarter?
