You guys are so patient with us, your viewers. I can appreciate all the preparation you have to go through to film a video for us, your viewers. You're always so kind and energetic. I love the way Peter can get so excited over natural beauty and I can see, Tommy, that you appreciate getting out in nature, too. Love your exuberance when you film....you both have a talent for it.
Thank you very much, Fran 😉 Yes, there is a lot that goes into making a video, so we really appreciate that you see all the work behind it 😊 But we simply love being in nature and the first snow made it so exciting. Glad we could share it with you ❄️
yay winter wonderland down!! we hardly ever get snow in Texas, once every 10 years maybe. We do have kolaches as there is a large Czech population in central Texas. We have poppy seed but most like the fruit and cream cheese. Have a fantastic holidays guys!!
Thank you 😊 We've heard about the Czech community in Texas. If you'd like to see, you can check out our video when we baked the Czech kolache (it's actually one koláč (kolach - singular), and koláče (kolache) is plural, in Czech) 😁 The video is here: th-cam.com/video/AOEKQyabSio/w-d-xo.html Happy holidays to you too 😉
I loved your skipping through the forest....some people don't even know how to skip! I had to chuckle....it gave me a warm feeling how something so simple could be joyous. ☺
Beautiful! Thanks for the Castle tour. You guys always give us such cool vlogs, carefully composed and very well done. I look forward to Thursdays now! Tom 😸😽😽😽😻😽😽
What a joy today's video has been guys!!!! That fairytale snowy landscape is so captivating. I loved those ruins of Cimburk Castle and the fact that they are doing works to preserve it is so remarkable. I also loved that song that played in the background, "It's just me again" by Sture Zetterberg, while Peter was jumping around happily. Well, actually, I loved everything from start to finish. Well done sweeties.
Thank you very much, Liliana 🥰 We loved the trip. It's always so nice when we can enjoy all the interesting places. And the snow added a magical atmosphere. It's really a great work they've been doing at the castle, preserving it for future generations. Otherwise it would just crumble away and in some time there would be nothing left. Glad you liked the song, it's such a nice one 😊 See you next time 😉
Hello There Tommy and Peter , Hope you are Both well , ☃ Wow what a Nice place in the snow , And interesting to hear the History of those places , Great views There , looked like you was really enjoying the snow , Great that you got Back to the car safe , well all looking Good , Thank you for sharing , Keep up your Great work , Take care Both , 🏔🌞👍👍
Hello Paul, it's so nice to hear you enjoyed the video. Thank you 😊 It was a lot of fun on our trip in the woods and all the snow 😊 See you next time in another Christmassy video 😉
Thanks for the walk in the snow and woods. I could feel the cold (compared to the subtropics it is freezing where you are.) It really gave me a feeling the Christmas season. Hope you both have a great holiday.
We are happy to hear that, Robert 😊 We love Christmas, so it was so nice to get into the Christmas mood in the snowy forests. Have a great holiday too 😉
That was quite Christmassy! And the music, quite fitting and classy. Looked cold there but you made it look like it was comfortable enough to enjoy all the while. Too bad the castle wasn't entirely still all there. That would have been a site to see as it was many centuries ago. Thank you for the tour of the forest in your country.
Glad you liked it, thank you 😉 We felt very Christmassy 😁 Yeah, it would be nice if the castle was not a ruin. Not sure why we always show you ruins, when there are such gorgeous castles in the Czech Republic. Maybe one day 😁
You are not a little bit weird, you are a little bit special ...I like the slow motion scenes ... thanks for sharing hope it snow at the country house this year. Warm hugs for you two🫂
Loved once again your song selection that accompanied part of the video on your way back. It was very nice. Hope your Christmas Holidays are a joy and you have time off from your jobs. Happy Holidays to you both.
Happy Holidays to you too. We love listening to Christmas songs all the time this time of the year. And it's great that we can bring that mood to our videos 😊
Every time I start one of your videos my partner appears and exclaims "PETER". Merry Christmas guys. I'm loving the snow from a distance in South Florida.
@@tommyandpeter Alonso says "hello". He is from Peru, and I grew up in northwest Ohio. I loved to play in the snow when I was younger, but now that I'm old(er) I prefer to watch you play in it.
Gents, the music you selected for the underscore of your video was just perfect!!!! But the photography and the commentary were so marevelous I don't have an adjective for them. Thank you for taking us on this journey. As my country becomes more and more fascist, I long for content like yours to lift my spirits. Take care and Merry Christmas. DA
Aww, thank you very much, Donald 😊 We really appreciate your kind words! Glad we could take your mind off the ugly reality of the world, and you could join us here in the fairytale 😉❄️😊
Loved once again your song selection that accompanied part of the video on your way back. It was very nice. Hope your Christmas Holidays are a joy and you have time off from your jobs. Happy Holidays to you both. How far do you think you hiked this time?
You must find out what the story was with all those carrots! Let us know! If you hear they were for making snowmen I will die laughing. I almost died laughing once already when Tommy suggested it!! 😄
We have no idea what happened with the carrots. Haven't seen many snowmen around lately 😀 They were probably to feed to forest animals, like deer and so on. The foresters would probably spread them to various feeders in the woods 😊 But Tommy's suggestion was the best 😅
Nice when you slowed down the video, were you thinking of being on the stage of the Národní Divadlo Theater? Surely dancing the Nutcracker!! Alas the technique leaves much to be desired, but well done! You need to try harder. 🎄🎭☃⛪
Thank you for sharing your journey. I really enjoyed the castle tour and the forest walk. Sorry that the magical phrase "open sesame" did not work. I wish I had a plum pastry, it looked delicious; I'll just have to settle for a carrot. I'm was glad too to see the ball and chain in the dungeon. Did the large hanging metal cage serve as a human jail cell? Let us know when there are job openings for "village idiot" or "town crier."
Yeah, the cage might have served as a human jail cell. Not sure if you would want that job, doesn't sound like much fun 😂 Happy to hear you liked the video. It's often like being in a fairytale when we are on a trip here 😊
Love ❤️ 😍 💖 you guys 👦. The snow ❄️ is soooo Awesome. You both are blessed 🙌 and make a ❄️ snowman ⛄️.
Many thanks, Kristine 😉 It was such a great trip in the snow 😁❄️

Seeing castles 650 years old is amazing when our history as Americans in CA is less than175 years! Thanks for sharing Peter and Tommy!
Here we are kinda used to it, but it is still great to stumble upon a piece of history almost on every step 😊 Glad you liked it, thanks 😉
I loved your skipping through the forest....some people don't even know how to skip! I had to chuckle....it gave me a warm feeling how something so simple could be joyous. ☺
That sounds sad. We would never give up on skipping, haha 😊
I loved the castle! It helped take the thought of how large Tommy’s head is off my mind for a few seconds ❤❤
😂 It was a big castle, even bigger than Tommy's head 😅
Nice hike, nice views, nice landscapes, nice comments, nice music, nice picture, nice editing : another great video. Thank you gentlemen ! 😘
Yay, thank you. Glad you liked so many things about the video 😁
@@tommyandpeter All your videos are little gems ! 😉

Thank you very much 😊 We shall call it 'special' from now on 😁
From the beach to the show. Great vid as always.
Exactly, except the beach was in October in real life, haha 😁 We like both, of course 😊❄️☀️
Thanks for another interesting walk
Thanks for watching 😊

Thank you, Ednie. It was really nice with the snow, our little fairytale in the forest 💙😊
Thanks for the great video. Where I live In Australia, it never snows. So it was beautiful to see that area.
Glad we could bring you to the snowy forest from far away Australia at least virtually 😊💙

We hiked around 17 km which is almost 11 miles 😊
@tommyandpeter That's amazing...you're probably going to live forever!! Yay
Wow! Beautiful snowy mountain and forest like my country! I also enjoy hiking and walking here in korea. Plz visit korea and lets enjoy together 😊
Hi, thank you, glad you liked the video 😊 Korea sounds so exotic to us, and far away. But you never know, one day we might visit. Greetings 😉

Tommy , if I was living next door, I would make you some warm earflaps on your santahat ...
Looks like you need to move next door then 😊😁
@tommyandpeter ❤️
I don't think you are weird at all, maybe you need the calories because you hike so far....so thus the sweet treats.
Absolutely 😁
