Thanks for showing a little bit of your beauty, I enjoyed it. Can't wait for you to say ta-da with your arms open, and the way Tommy looks at you melt my heart ❤ 😊
Love 16:10-16:33! Glad you showed us how to wash your hands in a sink, but I agree, Tommy, how am I to know what to do in a bathtub unless Peter shows us? Despite that small problem, I loved your quiet, gentle video this time! 😀
Moja obľúbená Česká Kanada - páči sa mi, že sú tam rozsiahle lesy, krásne rybníky, pasúci sa dobytok a málo ľudí, človek sa môže len tak túlať a užívať si nádherné miesta ❤
That wall of arched windows must have been such a display of wealth back in the day. In Pride and Prejudice Rosings Park is said to have 64 windows, in an attempt to prove how rich and powerful the de Burghs were. Glass was such a luxury. This glorious sunshine of central Europe is so special. I was very lucky to be driving thru the CZ R mid-November last year with the skies as blue and the sun as bright as in your video. Fond memories!
The wealthy people really like to show off, haha 😁 It must have been your lucky day on your drive through the Czech Republic, because usually in November there is no blue sky, it is often overcast and gray - that is the typical weather in the colder half of the year ☁ But it is so nice you experienced sunshine and you liked it 😉😊☀
@@tommyandpeter it was just one lucky day indeed as I drove through non-stop (and just outside Brno actually), so I didn't have the chance to see much of the country, sadly. But the glorious sunshine of that day kept me great company. Four months later around the end of March, on my way back,I almost got trapped in a snowstorm outside a village near the Austrian border 😂. Talk about extremes! Yours is a lovely country I could live in for a number of years.
Guys, thanks for this day that you invited us to spend with you. So many beautiful new places so full of history. That almost ruined castle / palace caught all my attention, proudly resisting the test of time, against all odds and keeping secrets inside its walls that we will never know. And the nature around it as the perfect setting for that relic. Enjoyable video sweeties. Congrats. And yeah!!!!!
Hi Liliana! Thank you for joining us on this little journey 😊 That castle really does have an interesting earie charm, standing tall and full of mystery. We’re so glad you enjoyed the day with us-being surrounded by nature and history really is a special feeling. Sending hugs, and thank you so much for your lovely words! Yay 😉💚
Love your travels. Wandering through the woods and not typical touristy sites. I feel we get a feel of the real live in the places you visit. Not the typical travel films
Loved the sugarcube 😄 and the buildings/ blue palace . The beautiful nature and the story about the crook / bad guy . I hope you both did not get sick and feel better again ! Thank you ❤
Always an interesting history lesson with Peter 😊. Also interesting to see more of your beautiful country. After our visit to Prague we plan to return to see different areas.
I often learn more while editing the video when I search various facts for voiceovers, haha 😁 So nice that you like all these places we visit. There is so much to see here, not even sure what we would recommend 😊
Hello There Tommy and Peter , Hope you are Both well , WOW What a Great video , i learn something every time i watch you , All very interesting and enjoyable , And Great Humour too , Those cherries look tasty , we have a small tree called a pheasant Bush and the berries taste of toffee , you may of heard of them , A Great and amazing place you have visited , So Thank you for sharing , Keep up your Great work ,Take care Tommy and peter , 🌟👍👍
Hello Paul! So glad you enjoyed the video and found it interesting 😊 Your pheasant bush sounds fascinating! Not sure if we ever heard of that one before. Thank you for being here with us on these little adventures 😊
As soon as you mentioned the monk’s bare feet, I could not think about anything except for how filthy their feet must be traipsing through the mud. Not to mention the floors and bed linens! Even the sugar cubes buried in the cemetery with a gravestone could not distract me 😮. You must be thinking oh boy, he forgot his pills. I did ❤❤. See you in the next one
Haha Greg, and we weren't even on any cliffs or anything, that's where you usually need your pills 😂 That wasn't a cemetery for the sugar cubes, omg!! 😁
When I was there we visited Dvorak’s house which had the added interest because he stayed at a Czech colony in a US state next to ours. There was also a modest sized palace that we saw that was used only briefly and had a huge garden we wanted to see. Not sure where it was. I’m guessing that there wasn’t too much damage to the Czech Republic during WW2.
When we searched on the internet the Dvorak's house should be in a village/town called Nelahozeves 😉 We haven't been there yet, so it's cool that you were able to visit. Czechoslovakia was the first (after Austria which joined willingly) that Hitler attacked and annexed parts of the country, and the rest of the country was occupied. For example, the second palace in the video (the one in the bad condition) had been owned by a Jewish family before WWII, and they had to flee to South America. Then the Nazi people were using the palace (with no respect to the history) and kinda destroying it... You can read about the annexation and occupation here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Munich_Agreement Kinda resembles what's been happening in Ukraine...
The city is really very beautiful with stately buildings where you can breathe "the air of other times" it seemed to us to see a city on a human scale. Well now we make you a proposal: you buy and renovate the castle, what a shame to see it like this, then we will arrive and we would be happy to take on the role of "butlers" we will supervise the servants and the smooth running of the house. What do you think of the idea? and we were forgetting about the "ghosts" calm down when they see us they run away. Thanks guys for taking us to a beautiful place, a place to live in. See you next time R and D 🤴🤴
Haha you two, what a fantastic proposal! If only we had at least 100 000 views on our videos every week and were rich from that, then we would definitely buy it! 😀😂 We’d certainly love a place with that 'air of other times'-and knowing we’d have you both as head butlers would make it even better! We’ll let you handle the ghosts too-they’ll probably be more scared of you than of us! 😉😁 Thanks for joining us on this adventure 😊
We didn't have to take the seeds because we have already planted quite a few cornelian cherries in our garden 😊 Happy to hear you liked the video, thanks 😉
Lovely that you present bits an pieces of the Czech Reoublic...looks amazing and worth visiting. 🇨🇿🇪🇺
Thank you, makes us happy to hear that. We like to show our trips to these lesser-known interesting places 😊
@@tommyandpeter you should do the same on the Slovak side 👍
Maybe one day, but it's quite far from the country home, so it's not that easy to go farther to Slovakia for just a short simple day trip.
Thanks for showing a little bit of your beauty, I enjoyed it. Can't wait for you to say ta-da with your arms open, and the way Tommy looks at you melt my heart ❤ 😊
Aww, thank you very much ❤😊
Again, your close-to-home explorations makes us feel like we’re there enjoying it with you. Thank you.
Makes us happy to hear you liked it, thanks. It's so nice that we can share all these places 😊

Yes, Tommy, we would be devastated if your camera couldn't show the both of you along with all the history of your country. Yay! Thank you, Peter.
That's why we always carry a power bank for charging with us 😁

Realy interesting video and beatifull scenery ❤

you will hear the term "bUbbling brook" here in the states but i think "bAbbling brook" is more common
Always so many possibilities 😁
The Austrian was like the British legend of Robin Hood, who would rob from the rich and give to the poor.
Sounds similar, but who knows if it was true for this Grasel 😁
Sounds a bit like the legend of Robin Hood here in 🇬🇧. He robbed from the rich and gave to the poor
Yes, sounds similar 🙂
