Which is more difficult, being a QA or Trainer? I am quite confused about what position to apply for. :D
Trainer po
Trainer is a one man army. QA is like you are a sword looking to pierce anyone at anywhere.
What are the struggles of a trainer in terms of teaching the agents in the context of having the right content with them? In other words, do they themselves feel short in terms of skills to impart training to agents?
Do they feel the company should have a better training process to teach the trainers before trainers head to teach the same to agents?
