    I am 330 pounds and I’m starting my weight loss journey to lose 100 pounds or more. And this kicked my ass lol. I was only able to do 24 minutes of it but I feel so empowered. I’m so happy I’m gonna go right back and try to do an hour tomorrow.

      24 mins is better than 0 mins. Do it to your ability and you will see that you will eventually complete that program friend. Don’t stop, Get it!!!

    I just turn his workouts on my flat screen while at home, and my 10-month-old cracks up while watching me work out. It motivates me even more. Heck, I even catch myself cracking up, but I'm getting it in. And I love that my kids see me doing this in front of them. I hope they learn from me and their daddy, that working out, and staying healthy is so important for their health. Thank you Dante for sharing your blessings with us all. Thank you TH-cam and technology for EXISTING!

      You can still workout with out technology and no youtube. , It's all about wishing something to happen and then put the work , good to have tv ,but don't need it , , and I see that you have a nice family so keep being happy and stay positive , even just 30 minutos every day helps

      I am on my journey as well,I am at 378 from 550,it's hard bit I actually moving a bit better,I had to stop for a minute because I ended up a trach in my throat for m second hand smoke, UT ima get it together as best I can,I found him and it kinda easy and fun as well

    Looks fun, and probably is. One word of caution though, DO NOT bounce when stretching! Rather, gently move into the stretch position, and hold that position, from 8 to 15 or 20 seconds.

    Omg, it’s the warmup for me today & workout tomorrow. I’m so happy I found this workout it’s awesome. I been off work for three months with my daughter she had surgery due to her cerebral palsy. She watched me as I did the warmup she said mom even your boobs sweating.😂😂 Thank you so much I so needed this workout & the music on point. ❤
