I raced my first marathon in this shoe. Simply amazing. I wasn’t super sore the next day either.
The idea of a plate less super shoe, that won’t hold you back, is great. I’m very curious what happens with this shoe this year… and if any other brand tries the same next year.

I was able to pick these up late november for $160 using my student discount through asics. currently i’m at 95 miles. i’ll be honest the first few miles in the shoe were throwing me off. they felt huge, and i was getting some pain/discomfort on my left foot (to the point where i would have to stop running) but past that initial break in period they’ve been amazing. since then I only use them for my threshold effort runs twice a week. mile warmup, 4 miles at threshold HR, then mile cooldown. they are so good i always look forward to threshold days just so i can use them. i’ve got an 11 mile run today which would be the longest Ive taken the shoe to, but i am so excited
post 11 mile run.. these shoes really are fucking awesome
Ya, FFTurbo can take a bit for the foot to adapt too. I struggled with it last year in before I broke it in on the Superblast and since it’s been amazing.
This shoe eats up long runs… it is just so good.

Great video. I love this shoe for my zone 3 tempo runs. This thing just cruises like nothing else.
It definitely does that… with much lower effort. This shoe is the ultimate training tool.
Superblast is awesome for walking and work.
Probably last for ever for indoor work environment. For a busy physician on his feet all day these are a lifesaver.
I absolutely cannot imagine walking in these shoes daily. Way too much foam underfoot and a racey upper. But for those who like a lot of foam underfoot, I can see how these would work well for that type of use.
Today I use Superblast as my 10km race shoes instead of Vaporfly 3 and no regret I make that choice because there are 6 times up-and-down hill in today 10km race course and I can’t cop with so many downhill when wearing Vaporfly 3 and Superblast is such stable when downhill as well as such capable & bouncy when uphill, like you said, without compromising anything ! ❤ I love Superblast so much and will kick start my half marathon training with it !
Wait until you get into those longer training runs for you half. The shoe really comes into its own after 16-20k. So so good.

I have 2 Superblast, the only shoe that I have bought for 2 times. The only reason because all of my running sessions are covered by this shoe including my race, even though i have Metaspeed Sky+
I’m resisting the urge to buy another pair (I like the Ekiden colorway) as I have many other shoes to run in (for the channel as well)… but this is one of those few shoes I’d buy again with no questions.
Your review of this shoe convinced me to buy it. The things that hindered me from buying it are the 1) price and 2) me being a purist about using "illegal" shoes. I wanted to run more frequently and reduce my risk of injury since I am not getting any younger and after doing a lot of research and thinking I concluded that the shoe I needed is the Superblast. Now I have a non-plated shoe that can simulate a plated shoe during training. Now I am enjoying my running sessions more. Thank you for posting this video. 😊
I’m also a bit of a “purist” in that way as well. However, for a trainer like the SB I’m ok with it. If I ever did race the shoe it would be a casual race and I’d not being going for a time, so it’s all good. Any PR I go for in a race I’ll always be in a “legal” shoe for sure.
None of it really matters for non-elites, unless the organizers of the race care, but I still try to stick by the rules.
I’m glad this video (and maybe prior ones on the SB I did) were useful.
I got these towards the end of my marathon training block, and did three long runs, a few easy runs, and my race in them. I haven’t done any speedwork or shorter races in them.
I found the shoe to be stable and well cushioned without feeling at all mushy.
That’s one thing I’ve never felt in this shoe… mushy. I can’t think of a feeling a like less than a mushy running shoe. The Superblast is the exact opposite and remarkable in that way, even with the FFBlast+ foam, which often can be mushy.
Since they just released a few new colorways I don’t think we will be seeing version 2 this spring but I hope when it comes out they replace the stone catching spots with some more grip. Military, Medical and First Responders get 25% off at ASICS so I may pickup a backup pair. I have the Cumulus, Nimbus, and Edge but the Superblast is the only one I had to down size in and it still feels big to me.
Ya, if we see it in 2024 it will be fall, like Oct/Nov. but Asics has been tight lipped about what is coming out this year… so we will see.
Interesting, I’ve talked to a few others who sized down a half size in the SB. I went TTS and the fit is ideal for me. Not quite race fit but not daily trainer fit either.
A super series would be great, I don’t think I want to see a Superblast number 2, Superfast, Super-speed, Super track, Supernova or what ever the series needs.. Make it a classic, the one and only.. I use it and think it’s perfect 👍..

Great shoe which has transformed my long runs, but have used for the likes of intervals sessions. My legs recover noticabley well A possible marathon shoe for me…It’s popular in the UK, I don’t find them tts and need to size down with my next pair.
Interesting on the sizing. TTS fits me perfectly… the length is similar to a NB4 or Nimbus 26 for me…
Love my superblast just the way it is. Ordered another pair incase I decide to use it for a marathon. As a 210 lb weightlifter who runs, I really appreciate the stability and stack height of this shoe. If asics made a 50 mm version, i could see it competing with the prime x.
The SB is insanely stable given its width and the cushioned firmness of FFTurbo. Sounds like a great shoe for you. Night and day stability difference between the Prime X and the SB too.
I stopped using my Altras, New Balance and Hoka's for these. My first run I was blown away even on the rain, how well my running pace turn out to be. I ended up with pain due to pushing myself to the limit. The next day I could not believe my stats on my log. I had to tone down my pace and take it easy and allow my body to adjust. So Far the best shoe I've ever had.
Ya, this shoe is way too easy to go much faster than you had planned. As I said, it’s one reason I don’t recommend it as a true daily trainer… then again, that is a good problem to have. Easing into them is important though.
I feel similar about the Speed 3, at least in the way that it speeds up my easy runs sometimes, but usually it doesn't make my heartrate go up at all so iI don't care. I think these supertrainers are very useful for many things, but very specifically progressive long runs, because they help you run faster without feeling like you are in a racing shoe that is too aggressive. These shoes make me go from 7:45 easy pace 12-14 mile long runs to 6:55 easy pace with barely any extra effort, though it might be because my normal easy day shoe, the MoreV4 is SO much slower.
The ES is another do it all trainer for sure… but again it’s a plated shoe so you compromise with that. Definitely going for a ES to a MoreV4 will feel like running in glue… but at the same time that change in training stimulus is good for your legs.
But when you find the shoe that works for you… it definitely feels like a cheat code sometimes.
I don’t LOVE them but they’re a good shoe. Took a while for me to break them in. I actually feel like they have a slapping feel and noise that others have complained about for other shoes.
That noise is the FFTurbo. The FFBlast+ can only do so much to mute it out. But yes, for some runners FFTurbo can be very noisy. I even notice it time to time when my form starts to break down.
I have 500 miles in my pair and they still feel pretty good.
I’m going to see how much I can get out of this pair before I retire them. It feels like quite a long way to go. We shall see. I do an end of life video or short on that point.
The Superblast is a double-edged sword for a shoe-geek like me. It's so good that I have a tough time to motivate getting other shoes, which is kind of traumatic... ;-) Perhaps a 6mm drop would be even better (for me), but otherwise it is damn near the perfect running shoe for mortals. I rotate between two pairs of Superblasts. First I got a US12.5 what was borderline big, so I also got a US12 that I use for the faster stuff.
Haha. Do more with less and be able to be REALLY selective with other shoes. 🤙🏻

I do the same. The smaller size pair I use for speed sessions while the larger pair is used for the long run. My legs keep fresh after the speed sessions with these shoes

That's very interesting! As a 200lbs runner I've been using the Nimbus 25 but I feel like I compress the foam too much and it just translates to so much effort. How do these feel underfoot? I'm considering going back to something firmer, my previous shoe was a GlideRide (my 3rd pair lol)
@MrMacb69 FFTurbo is definitely firmer and more structured then FFBlast+. They are worth a shot. You’d be hard pressed to find a firmer shoe that doesn’t have a plate in it.
@@MrMacb69 the feeling and the ride are very different when compared to Nimbus. nimbus are soft and for a larger new or beginner runner might not be an ideal trainer, as they have a tendency to lock on a very low pace and due to their softness can feel tiresome, unresponsive, and heavy as your training session progress (if you do not have strength in your legs and feet). But as standing and walking shoes are very good. Superblast their break in, they become something completely different (this transition is steep and sudden). They have a strange feeling that you must get used to as you feel that you are stepping on a firm, comfortable, responsive hollow thing. They are light but you are always aware that the you are wearing a a hollow thing as a shoe. And they are difficult to control them if you are an inexperienced runner, as you will find your self running with a faster pace quite often.
The description of “hollow” is spot on. FFTurbo always felt very hollow to me in any shoe I tried it I , especially the Superblast. Not a bad feeling, just one that takes a little getting used too.

Found a pair for only 130 euros at a local running store. Wasn’t looking at new shoes but couldn’t not buy them at this price. Since then, it’s been snowy and slippery so I’ve only taken them out for one run. Can’t wait to get more kilometers in them!

Definitely not a shoe for snow or ice. Save them until dry roads… they are worth the wait!
@SagasuRunning, would you say the Boston 12 is worth picking up (for a low price) if I already have the Superblast in the rotation? Are they complementary or very much overlapping for long runs?
@FreekGille Id say the B12 is worth picking up but the SB is the better long run shoe. The two shoes are complimentary. They are trying to do the same thing but the SB wins on most counts. I’m still developing my thoughts on this though.
I’m actually working on a review of the B12 and will address this very question in the video… it will be a week or two though.
If development and production go as planned, Superblast 2 should hit the shelves by August or September 2024 ;-)

@@komjungin7174 For me the Vaporfly is even better… ZoomX + that CF plate are magic. But it takes some trial and error to find what works for you.

I’m at nearly 175 miles on my pair and I echo everything said here. I’m really nervous about ASICS making a seemingly small tweak to the formula and altering the “magic” with V2. It may be time to stockpile some pairs before launch.
I’m excited about possible changes coming… but yes, this shoe is that good that is may require a fresh pair to stockpile just incase. We shall see. Hopefully we get some hints of what’s coming from Asics in the coming months.

From what I've gathered its also meant to be a do it all shoe. Feels like it's slated to compete directly with the superblast albeit being much heavier.
That shoe is exactly the type of shoe I avoid. Ha. I tried it on and it was an instant “nope”. Too high. Too mushy AND too stiff (due to that plate). It’s just too much. Part of what works so well in the SB is the simplicity. Simple is better here… by far.
Thanks for the video. I have 270 miles in mine. Foam still feels good, outsole holding up... Got the Novablast 4 partly as a Superblast saver... Considering a second / back up pair vs holding out until V2
I’m really enjoying switching between the NB4 and the SB… they complement one another other very well.

I’m going to see how far I can push both the SB and NB4 in 2024z expect end of life videos for both when I feel they have given up. It feels like I’m a long ways off from that right now in both though.
The Novablast/Superblast relation has made me think a lot (more than I should honestly) about the direction Asics is going in the future for their performance shoes (for me, that's anything in the Blast or Metaspeed series, plus the Magic Speed). For the last 3 versions they had a pretty decent pattern. Novablast is the testbed for new foams, outsoles etc. Then after testing it there, if it's successful they move it into the heritage lines (Nimbus, Cumulus, GT 2000, Kayano). The Novablast 4 is the first time it's broken that pattern, where they moved the existing foam from the heritage line (FFBlast+Eco) into the Novablast and not vice versa. It just makes me wonder where they take it next, are they going to leave it for a year or two? Are they going to put FFTurbo in it to make it a baby Superblast? Will there be an entirely new foam (which I think is the most likely answer but who knows)? It also makes me think about the Metaspeed series and where they are going to take that, it hasn't updated in two years and Asics has been very quiet (probably the most quiet of all the brands barring the AP4 from Adidas but at least they've been open about development issues) about the possibility of a 3 (or 2 if we are following their conventions). I can't run in the Sky+ (even though the original was fine for me), although I've tried more times than I care to admit so I hope the next shoe is a little more forgiving. I dunno, Asics is probably my favorite brand overall, but it feels like for their performance shoes they're at the biggest crossroads about how to proceed and I'm just hopeful that it pans out
Asics is definitely at a bit of a plateau in 2024. They have just come off of 3-4 years of amazing development and growth.
The NB4 foam move was more part of there reduce carbon footprint initiative they are going strong with into 2024. I’d say the NB4 saw a large geometry change, one of the larger ones in the line. I doubt we will ever see FFTurbo in the Novablast. That will be what sets the Superblast apart… it’s the “super” part of the shoe.
The big change coming for the Magic speed 4 is a FFTurbo layer and some more bulk (sadly).
The new Sky seems to have a bit more mellow geometry but the big change is FFTurbo+… i think it’s a supercritical version of the foam. Should be even lighter but if they swing it too far towards ZoomX I’m not sure how well it will work.
Beyond that… I don’t know what else they have planned. They don’t really have any gaps in the line that need a new model. If anything they need to streamline between the “new” and “legacy/heritage” models now…
Easily my favorite shoe ever. If these had a halfway decent outsole, it would be a 15 out of 10.
But they do have better than a half decent outsole… and hey have a decent outsole… for road running at least.

it took a little breaking in, but then I fell in love and used it for all my long runs. Durability has been fine after 500+ k.
However I find it a dangerous to suggest doing all the training and the marathon itself in the same shoe. My last marathon training plan had about 1000k, especially if you use the shoe almost every day many people will degrade the foam over such a distance and increase injury risk. I'd always recommend a shoe rotation if you run more than 3x per week, ideally different shoes, but also with the same type the individual pairs will last longer as the foam can recover between the runs.
Not sure if the Superblast is really that different from a plated racer though, wouldn't stack, rocker and stiffness create similar loads? I actually find them stiffer than my Deviate Nitro 2. 😮
I’m a big advocate of rotating shoes and I’ve talked ALOT about that on this channel. The idea of training and racing a marathon in a single shoe is more of a thought experiment than anything… but still if any shoe could do that… it would be the Superblast.
I don’t have any studies comparing a Superblast to a plated shoe… but working from my own running… the flex available in the Superblast compared to most other plated shoes is what (for my feet) are different. I’m a huge fan of the Nike Vaporfly because of how the plate works (and flexes) in that shoe… but the Superblast takes that feel to another level (for me).
Moving from an Adidas Adios 8 to a Novablast 4 to a Superblast (my basic road rotation right now) feels seamless and like one shoe is building on the next. I know it wouldn’t feel the same if I swapped the Superblast out with a Vaporfly 3.
I’m working on a video on Vaporfly plate dynamics… where I’ll get into my thoughts on why that shoe is so unique and touch on some of the studies around plated shoes. I have much more research to do.
Until the the DOR podcast has gotten into this quite a bit.
@SagasuRunning looking forward to that plate video! The DOR podcast is great indeed and humbling to realise how few studies there are. Or the study that cutting up the Vaporfly plate doesn't significantly reduce the efficiency...
@@therunophil It might be a bit for said video, it depends on how deep I want to go....either my experience or backing it up with some if the research. The gist of it though is..."The flex in the Vaporfly plate IS the magic of it, not the otherway around." Letting the foot flex naturaly (naturally'ish) but aiding toe off mechanically (plate + foam) is the breakthrough...not just the stiffening agent for stiffness sake. There are two characteristcs of the VF plate that are unique, one that any brand can adapt and another they can't due to patents...I want to get into that.
@SagasuRunning again, can't wait to see that. Platrs are interesting but overall, for me, most of the "magic" is in the foam (Superblast, anyone 😉) and to be honest I don't feel the subtle differences that much, its more the overall package and how the shoe works with my stride, stability, metatarsals etc.
Totally agree it’s the totally package. Again, the Vaporfly is still unique… ZoomX foam + the flexible CF plate = magic. Like I said I. The video… I like FFTurbo… alone, it doesn’t need a plate. Adidas LSP is slightly better and doesn’t really need the plate either… the Adios 9 should be a very interesting shoe!
They're probably not going to touch on the design too much. Never change a winning team. The outsole can be improved a bit. At the moment it collects too much stones. And maybe the laces. Somehow it takes me a lot of time to get a good lockdown. And please don't up the price Asics!
Ya, the holes in the exposed FFBlast+ are problem Matic. If they lower the amount of foam in the shoe they can do away with them.
They have already lowered the price. I think you’ll see the next one around the same current price.

finally someone made a superblast video without complaining about the price. its worth every penny if you understand shoes. best shoe ive ever run in. i don't race i just run for boxing training this shoe has turned my invincible 3 into walking shoes. i bought my first pair last week and already thinking about buying another pair because i know asics is going to ruin this shoe by listening to suggestion. buy all the superblast you can! this is a rare moment in shoe history
Ha. It’s a super shoe… one of the cheaper ones if you look at it that way. It’s not a daily trainer, as many people consider it and thus have an issue with the price.
It’s a great shoe, worth the investment regardless.
If you love this version of the Superblast… yes, stock up on a pair or two. I expect some changes inbound…
You live in Taiwan? I lived there for twenty years, in Taipei and Taichung. Was invited for the first ultra run in Taiwan, in 1998. Decided to live in Taiwan in 2000. Back in The Netherlands now, but missing Taiwan.
I do, in northern Taipei. It was never meant to be permanent, but it's been home for a few years now.

Sounds like a Nike Pegasus turbo of the bygone era
Much...MUCH...better than that. The Turbo was good, but not as good as nostalgia has made it more recently. Yes though, in 5-10 years we will look back on the Superblast as one of those milestone shoes in running history.
With New Balance bringing out the Balos later this year, in your opinion, are they trying to go head-to-head with the Superblast?
It is an interesting shoe and on marketing speak and specs it’s similar but people need to run and review it. Fresh foam isn’t quite up to the same level as FFTurbo though. It is much more similar to FfBlast+ (soft/squishy with low resiliency). The shoe actually looks like a more premium 1089 to me.
If they mixed FurlCell for most of the midsole with a little FreshFoam for protection… it might be more similar though.
Time will tell.

Larger sizes in Asics shoes I general are always a struggle it seems.
How do you deal with the grip? I feel like even on dry asphalt on a hot day they will slip quite easily. cant really run confidently on such shoes unlike adios pro 3, bostons or takumis
I have never had any issue with grip on the SB… even on dirt. It’s not Continental grip on Adidas shoes… but it isn’t bad at all.
Prime X is my favourite shoe Ever . How you find them (superblast) in comparison to the Prime X?
Honestly, I don’t. They are coming from totally different angles. Adidas uses the PX as a test bed to try things and Asics made the Superblast as a high end trainer.
I’m a big fan of Adidas… but not of the PX. It’s never worked for me nor do I have any use for it.
Review Hyperion Max please. They said it can do it all shoes.
I've never heard the Hyperion Max described like that.
I'm not sure I'm going to cover the Hyperion Max, the Max 2 will have a plate which automatically makes me uninterested...but I will be covering the Hyperion 2, which seems to be what the old Max was, in July this year.

@@reginaldgonzales yes, but it’s an old shoe now. I’m looking ahead to 2024 shoes. The Hyperion Max 2 is now plated. So the Hyperion 2 will be the non-plated 2024 version.

Im a beginner. Running in the boston 12 for 5k hurts my legs more than when i run in invincible 2. Do you recommend the superblast for me? Is it going to make me run further and faster? Will i enjoy running more? Ty
form is everything. High stack shoes(boston 12, invicible 2, superblast, etc) are silly for beginners or anyone who hasn't developed good form. Get a previous year's pegasus or something of the like and work on your mechanics until you start to understand the beauty of running as out bodies were meant to. Research how to run correctly and be open minded. A coach might help. It took me 2 years to develop my form but that was without guidance
I’d go with a Novablast 4 instead. Having a plateless shoe will that has more flex in it will help you quite a bit more.
I agree with the concept… but it can be done in many shoes. What you need is a flexible shoe. One where you can feel you foot work and will help you build good running form. A super stiff shoe, like the Boston 12, is doing you no favors learning. Buy a flexible shoe, like a Novalast 4 or a Pegasus 40 and spend more time in those… and hence save the Boston 12 for faster and shorter runs. Good luck. 💪🏻
@@SagasuRunningSaying the Boston 12 is a super stiff shoe tells me you've never run in them. After a beakin period of 10 mi they start to form a flex point and flex level is what I would call medium.
@@jefreywith1f924 It’s relative. Compared to an Adios Pro 3 then are not stiff. Compared to a shoe with no plate/rods they are. For a beginner runner they are also stiff, given a new runner has none of the foot strength needed for runner. Which is why running in the B12 is cause them so much suffering.
The B12 would be one of the last shoes I’d ever recommend for a new runner.

Yeah, but to be fair, you could always train and race a marathon using just one shoe.
It's only recently that brands have marketed and sponsored TH-camrs to push the idea that you need 3 pairs of shoes to train for a marathon.
The idea of a running shoe rotation goes WAY back, likely into the early 1900s when track and field was the dominant form of running. Having the shoes you race on and (usually) an old pair of race shoes you use for training (and thus saving your better pair of race shoes) dates from back then.
Only recently has the idea of having specialist shoes and 5,6,7,8+ shoe rotations been a thing. Really the most 10-15 years at best.
Both pre-date TH-cam by a lot.
The idea of doing all your training AND racing in one pair of shoes is a through experiment. No one is going to really do that… but if one wanted too. The Superblast would be your best bet.
Saucony Endorphin Speed 3
My experience with the Endorphin series is far different… but I will be covering the Endorphin Speed 4 on this channel at some point this year and see if that can change…
Well, they are different, and one of them I've been wearing on a race podium several times with, and the other, isn't really legal. I'd call that a compromise. I do look forward to the Speed 4, and reviews of it.
Compromise only if you are an elite/pro…. For an average runners, even those at the podium level it’s not a huge issue (unless a race organizer has stated the rule).
But elite/pros are not racing in a Superblast. Faster runners likely are not either, especially if going for a podium or PR… you are putting carbon on for that. But for the average runner, looking for a comfortable shoe to complete a race or sometimes get a PR… the Superblast does offer a “no compromise” way to do that… training through racing.
The Endorphin Speed does not (nor do any of the super trainers) as you are giving a HUGE compromise training in a plated shoe 100% or the time and/or using a plated shoe as a daily trainer. That’s a much bigger compromise for most runners, in my mind, than training/racing in an “illegal” shoe.
Compromise only if you are an elite or pro, or on one of the many teams that takes legality seriously, and I like that about the team I race with.
Also, owning this shoe (not racing in it), I'd say its size is also a compromise, and several reviewers I follow share this opinion.
@@ronw5005 Agree. I also take the 40mm stack height rule rather seriously. i personally wouldn't race in the Superblast due to it. I also prefer a more nimble shoe, for training and racing, but honeslty have no issue with the size of the SB. It's on par with Asics's trainers and hoenstly runs much smaller than you'd expect...though it's not as nimble as say a Vaporfly.... but it feels less bulky than an Alphafly on foot.
Which is bouncier, boston 12 or superblast?
I wouldn’t call either bouncy… but the Superblast feels softer and more flexible under foot. The Boston 12 is more nimble and responsive.
Noo, Asics please don't make the superblast into a race shoe. And why would they anyway, they have the metaspeeds for that. Keep the superblast exactly in the category it is now. A trainer with a superfoam and no plate. Everything else I agree, a pretty versatile shoe, it's weight, for the amount of stack it has, is remarkable, as you said. Still has to be said, pretty expensive. But Asics if there is a next version, don't cheapen out on materials.
I did explore the idea of a “metablast” in one of my videos…. But it think that is unlikely. However, dripping the stack height under 40mm would benefit the shoe greatly by making it more nimble, lighter and overall MORE super. I doubt it would change the ride and legitimately make it a race shoe for many…
It would just add to the (already) massive versatility. I’m very curious what the SB2 ends up being.
Hyperion Max is same.
I like DNA flash foam (a lot)… but it’s not in the same league as the true super foams. The Hyperion Max is a solid shoe though.
I am looking forward to the Hyperion 2 (not the Max 2) this year and will be covering it.
A shoe that does everything is the definition of compromise.

Aren’t these illegally high for many races?
That only matters for an elite runner, not for normal runners. No one is going to stop a 4-5 hour marathoner and tell them their shoes are illegal.
Terrible, terrible shoe for me bought based on all the shoe youtube praise. Did 40km and sold them off. I am a heavy, pretty slow, no days off runner doing usually 6-10km and the only shoe i don't get any pain in are Nimbus 25 (stocked up 6 pairs as they are the best pair out of about 10 different well reviewed pairs that i have tried in the past and the only shoe I have done 43km in one go in). Far too soft and unstable for me and barely faster than my best in the N25 (5.05mins/km avg)! This is coming from someone that did 600km+ on sand and sometimes through low tide ocean water in Nike Invincible 1!
Interesting. Sounds like you really did find your shoe in the Nimbus 25. Have you tried the 26? It’s a little firmer and could support you even more.
Since you are a heavier runner… it makes sense why you didn’t get on with the Superblast. FFTurbo is a low resiliency foam that doesn’t squish or bounce very much. So it would like feel very harsh and dead to you.
@@SagasuRunning thanks for replying and sorry to post the same kind of thing again, I just regret getting the SB a LOT. They put me off anything else (Novablast 4, dirt cheap Triumph 20, Supercomp Trainer 2 etc). I'm in New Zealand and the shoe selection in physical stores in Auckland is absolutely shocking. Still no Novablast 4 in store, definitely no N26 - N25 is still RRP @ Asics NZ website lol (discounted elsewhere online)! Most other shoes in store are at RRP. I watched all the reviews and ordered SB from Japan...helped me sell them though as they were super rare here
